Low quality products & the worst customer service. Ordered several bags of Astralagus powder. The packages arrived totally solid. Rock hard chucks. I contacted them & they told me to use a hammer to break apart the chunks & that it was perfectly good. I told them I didn't order bags of rock hard chunks but powder. They didn't care & told me the product was fine & then never responded to me again.

I purchased Magnesium Hydroxide Powder (Typically a pure white powder), There are large clumps of DARK BROWN MATTER MIXXED IN.

Company could really use some improvement on their QAQC and hold their Distributor's more accountable. BS customers speak out about batch inconsistencies and what does Bulk Supplement do? They continue sourcing from wherever is cheapest looks like, because of how different the batches are. Case in point, Monk Fruit Extract Batch# 2306008 - Amazon reviews (where I got my package from) show the power being extremely dark, smelling like burnt/ash tree bark (and tasting like it)! BS does not provide any support or reconciliation for un-happy customers other than refunding the lowest-unit cost (That's usually a 80% net loss plus shipping). Give us a coupon for our next purchase 50% and inform us when a new batch comes in FYI - if you want to save customers. Whoever's in charge of your CustomerCare needs to be fired and talent acquisition needs to get re-vamped!

what a horrible company with horrible products. I purchased N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) from Amazon for $22. When I opened the bag it smelled like raw sewage and also tasted like it. I found the phone number to their customer service, but it took multiple tries a day for 3 days to finally get to speak to someone (I did leave a voice message but didn't receive a call back). I was told that this is how the product is. I could return it for a 'partial' refund and I would have to pay the shipping. In other words I would be out even more money to return it. I will not do business with this company again.

I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Bulk Supplements recently. Here's the scoop: I placed an order because they advertised free shipping for orders over Au$130, and they even had a handy bar on their website that showed how close you were to hitting that threshold. I thought I was good to go and stopped adding items to my cart as soon as the free shipping bar disappeared. However, when I received my order confirmation, I was surprised to see that I had been charged for shipping. Naturally, I reached out to Bulk Supplements right away, explaining the situation. Their response left me scratching my head - they said I was just 30 cents short of the $130 mark, which is why I got hit with the shipping fee. It felt like a bit of a letdown. I then tried to cancel my order, but they claimed it was already on its way. However, that didn't add up because two days later, I received an email saying my order was being prepared, and it took another three days before I got my shipping details. So, the communication seemed a bit off. To make matters worse, I had a pretty unpleasant experience with their Niacin Tablets. They caused extreme skin flushes and a weird skin-crawling sensation. I thought maybe I was allergic, but two other people had similar reactions. When I contacted Bulk Supplements about this, they said I could return the product to the US, but the shipping cost would set me back a whopping $100. Ouch! Lastly, it's hard not to notice that Bulk Supplements seems to have borrowed heavily from the color scheme, name, and logo of the Australian company Bulk Nutrition. It feels a bit too similar for comfort. All in all, my experience with Bulk Supplements wasn't great, and it's not a company I'll be ordering from again anytime soon. Just something to keep in mind if you're considering doing business with them.

Bad company. worst customer service ever! they only want money! Avoid it with all cost. I was charged for products that I never received cause there were stuck in the Mexico immigration ( I live in Mexico). I told them that the immigration will not release these products to me (powder supplements are not allowed in the country), when I informed Bulks they said if I ask to return the products they will charge me the shipment, so I said ok and now they are saying that they can not refund me and that if I ship back the products from Mexico to the US it will cost me triple of the $ amount that I paid for my products. $153x3 = $459 US to ship a small package to you? Are you kidding me? A real ripped off! The customer is of no importance to this company.

I have no idea how many tsp is the reconnect dose of 200 mgs, I have adked the company but no response. The product says it comes from New York but I DOUBT IT, I am an American and have never bought a supplem3that doses i milligrams; how much do I take I have no idea how many tsps or Tbsps is 20p mgs :(

Bought a 1 kilo bag of maltodextrin that had a noticeable weird, non-usual flavor that had not been characteristic of any of the previous bags I had purchased. I asked for a replacement and was granted that request but I had to pay the return postage to send it back. Thought that was kind of weird but went to the postal annex and found out that it was going to cost MORE than the 1 kilo bag of maltodextrin cost. Emailed BulkSupplements again asking for a new bag (after explaining the cost issue) but was told only if I sent it back meaning I would be paying over DOUBLE THE PRICE (original price + return shipping). Last time I'm buying from them. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. BUYER BEWARE!

Paid extra for VIP service Gave me a tracking number which does not have anything to do with my order. A second tracking number still shows the order has not left the country of dispatch. Asked for a refund of the extra for VIP service but do not reply. Please avoid this company

Dishonest company. Only publishes reviews of 3 stars or more. Reviews of one or two stars are discarded. I have seen several Chenese companies do this, but this is the only American company I deal with that does this. Check their website. No 1 or 2 star reviews. Their ‘zip lock’ bags are crap. No matter how well you seal them, they will pop open randomly.

When I misplaced an order, Bulksupplements were quick to help sort it out. They even replied on a Sunday. That’s excellent customer service.

I am floored with the negative reviews because my experience with bullk supplements was incredible. My order was lost in transit and I emailed them to let them know that they were not delivered. Within an hour they had shipped a replacment. My order was found by the carrier and I got two boxes, I emailed them to let them know the other box showed up and said I'd be glad to pay for the extra bix instead of returning one, mainly because it would have been a pain for me to drive to the postal place. They invoiced me and gave me a very generous discount for my honesty. They also sent me a 25% discount code for future use. The customer team checked in with me multiple times across one day to provide shipping updates and were awesome. As far as the formulations go, some products might not come in the form you are used to- my inositol i bought is powdered vs something more granular that I've bought in the past, and similar textural differences with others. This is because they buy direct from the same sources that supplement manufacturers buy from for blending custom formulas. It isn't a reflection of quality. Not sure why someone else said their blueberry powder is from China, my bag is clearly marked a product of Ukraine, where they have massive wild grown blueberry collectives. I've ordered 5 times since that first mix up and have still not been disappointed.

Ordered L-Lysine HCI and everything was crumpled up in the bag and when I contacted the customer service the made it sound like I was trying to cheat them to get something for free! There are many more companies that make even better products and about the same price as these people. Even much better packaging! Do your research and do not rely on bulk supplements website reviews, many five stars reviews on their own website, of course! Never again ordering anything from this people!

Stick with my protein !

Generally, I have had nothing but the best price, quality, and service. One time I had the wrong product inside the bag labeled correctly for what I ordered. They looked at the photos, took the lot number & replaced the product. Things happen, and you try to fix. Today however after years of buying by the kilogram, I had seven-kilogram sized products to order, and I was planning on getting their much-advertised app, that would reward me with a 10% discount. Scanning the QR code just kept failing over and over. Then I gave up and downloaded the app elsewhere. The app itself was horrible. I am trying to order 7 items and the app only allows me to see two items. Then when I gave up and ordered the way I usually do on my desktop, the site repeatedly added one item as a monthly subscription. The service department lady tried to give me a discount code for all my trouble, but they all were codes I had already used. Service department folks have limited options, as do customers. This is the one I have left. A very bad review of the app, and a less satisfied experience with the site.

I had a very negative experience with this company after placing a large order. I paid for shipping to avoid USPS. After learning a portion of my order was shipping USPS and the other FedEx, I was told the shipper picked up already. REALLY??? When USPS was closed on Jan 2nd? They lied! Now my package is still undelivered due to continuous lies from USPS. They had more than enough time to deliver via any other carrier than USPS. I will not be doing further business with them.

This was the 3rd order of the same product and the quality has been significantly lower this time. Customer Service is not responding. Within 6 weeks we've sent 2 emails and left 2 messages. We have not heard from them so far. They've lost us as customers and we will be ordering somewhere else.

I ordered over 10 items including Spinach extract, which was noted on the website as having only one ingredient - spinach extract. The product package label also noted that it included "Dextrin as carrier agent". I emailed to inquire and request a replacement to what was listed on their website (Dextrin free) or refund for that product, and was told NO because more than 30 days had passed since the order. Yes it indeed had, but that should not supersede incorrect product advertising. Will never order from BulkSupplements.com again.

First order was "out of stock" and cancelled even though it was still listed on the website along with smaller sizes which they could have combined to fill my order. Second order was for sucralose. It dissolved into a brown liquid. I have used pure sucralose for years -- it should dissolve clear. Later when I re-opened the packet the white powder had turned into a dark brown goo. I wrote them about their contaminated product asking for a pure replacement; they ignored me. Bad company.

The sad reality is that 99% of bulks supplements are absolute junk with nothing remotely close to the claimed percentages of purity, they get worse and worse each month with cheaper and cheaper fillers and less purity - nowadays it's really cheap fillers, nasty artificial sweeteners and all sorts of nasties to get the weights up - £100 for a bag of protein... thats the most ridiculous thing ever!.... I really hope people start to realise that the supplement industry is absolutely terrible junk that you really shouldn't be putting in your body... unprocessed whole food sources and good training low sugar/no sweeteners (they are worse than sugar for the microbiome) is going to keep you in much better shape without all the digestive distress and garbage in these products... don't fall for the hype kids.
