Never received 2 of my items called 5 days in row with no response do not buy from BulkSupplement!

A solid supplements company offering superior products in bulk at a discount. They even offer coupons for a bigger discount, like this one for 5% off your entire order: SANDERS5

BulkSupplements is good only while things go well, once something is not perfect they won’t make things right for their clients. It has been more than 3 weeks since my order was supposedly delivered but it wasn’t (I have proof on video) and all they’ve been doing is making excuse after excuse instead of making things right. In a world where there are many companies selling the same kind of products I'd recommend you to buy somewhere else.

I talked with these people yesterday and reviewed everything with them and they buy their blueberry powder from China. The US is the leader in low bush blueberry production. I asked them to explain to me how you can take 1.1 lb of freeze dried blueberry powder that comes from 10 and 1/2 pounds of regular organic blueberry. (close proximity). you would have to do all the freeze drying all the shipping, plus all the labor intensity that's involved (picking cultivating) then they do the marketing and the packaging how are you able to do all that and offer blueberries for $23.96? Can somebody explain that to me no one there could????? Can someone out there explain it to me?????

Awful. Don’t buy from this company. I tried the NAC and 5-HTP, spending about £75 on a large consignment of both, and all I got was wooziness and a terrible acid stomach. Had to throw the whole lot out and order from somewhere else. Their products are naff. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. We bought their aspartame as we can no longer find Equal Measure. Not only did the aspartame not dissolve, it formed clumps in the water that even an immolator couldn't get of, and it had a bad chemical taste. When I reached out to customer service, they offered a refund minus shipping if I returned the product at my own expense, and even then they said they were only doing it as a one-time courtesy. I will never do business with them again.

This company sells really poor quality products. Ive gotten 5 different products and they are all cut with some type of brown dextrose powder. Its in EVERYTHING! Its extremely sticky and it all has the same taste. Im not putting that stuff in my body

This company is trash. They sent me contaminated product. They wont offer a refund, only store credit which can only be used by calling them. Catch is that they never answer the phone!

Company sells expired products and would not even replace. They advertise as powder supplements that dissolve but they do not! After contacting customer service, they said they only slightly dissolve and would not help further. Beware. Reviews on their site are fake. Check out their Facebook page for honest reviews

Their product pages leave out critical information about the safety and nature of the extract such as standardization or ratio concentration, and sometimes the correct genus species, if it is a botanical. Some products may be unsafe, like their Stevia extract (cheaper steviosides with bitter aftertaste) which is not the same type as the GRAS-approved (Generally Recognized As Safe, FDA) rebaudioside form sold in the grocery stores (no bitter aftertaste- this is how you can know the difference). Rebaudiosides have no affect on blood pressure or blood sugar, but steviosides are documented to lower blood sugar and blood pressure. This may seem good, but it lowers blood sugar by reducing ATP in the intestinal cells which downgrade the energy production and ability to transport nutrients from the intestines into the blood (reduced absorption). This can possibly cause malabsorption, loose bowels, electrolyte imbalances. Steviosides are documented to have side effects such as dizziness, headache, and digestive problems (all of which I experienced until I went off this bad type of stevia). Bulksupplements.com negligently fail to list this critical information about this containing steviosides on the product page and will only reveal what is on the suppliers COA if you send them a message. Most people are unsuspecting of any harm and might think this is the stevia approved by FDA for use as a sweetener, but no this is not the same form. Most people do not have enough of the in-depth scientific background needed to know what is safe or unsafe, or cause side effects, this allows many people to potentially be harmed. I also ordered their Wild Jujube extract thinking I was getting one derived from Wild Jujube Seed which is used traditionally to help with sleep, but what I ended up getting was what was called Wild Jujube extract derived from the fruit. However, the species used to grow Jujube fruit in China is not the same as the one used for the seed. The seed is from a wild version (Wild Jujube is Zizyphus spinosa )and has sedative effects but produces a very small inedible fruit, so they are not using the Wild jujube seed species, but the domesticated Jujube (Zizyphus jujuba) which bears much larger fruit and is not used for sleep but digestive health. This being a fruit extract is obviously not the seed from the "Wild Jujube" species as they mislead with their product name. I let them know that they had mislabeled their product, but had no response from them. Also when I ordered pomegranate fruit powder, I did not get the dried fruit powder, but instead a nasty tasting extract most likely concentrated with higher levels of ellagic acid, it was very bitter and most likely spiked with ellagic acid derived from some other cheaper botanical or left over from pomegranate peel waste extraction. They also sent me the wrong version of Yam powder, which was an extract of a totally different species. I complained about it being the wrong one (along with the pomegranate and they still sent the same wrong ones again after I sent them photo documentation of packages and a complete and thorough explanation! While they may have some good quality extracts for a reasonable price for the vast majority of what they sell, unfortunately they do mislabel some products and seemed incapable of correcting wrong orders, besides selling the unsafe form of stevia (steviosides) which is not meant for food use, but is only to be used at very limited dosages as a supplement because it can have strong side effects compared to Stevia rebaudiosides extract which have been proven safe in human studies and food additive submissions to FDA. Maybe they do not directly recommend their Stevia as a food additive, but without labelling it with the content of actives (steviosides) and that it can have side effects and should not be added to foods and used only in limited quantities they fail to adequately represent the safety and hazards of the product since most people will assume its for sweetening purposes. Its sloppy and irresponsible business practices and they seem not to care.

stop making this company rich, they are people who like to take your money, cant you see how people are complaining about their poor services they have and problems with their shipping, professionals don't have problems like that, bulk supplements aint what you think they are, they are add ins and not what you expect to get, to avoid losing your money just eat right, Exercise and eat more fruits and veggies try to eat less meat and you will feel the same way like if you was taking supplements

Said my order was delivered but it’s been two days still no order, no neighbours have come to deliver, I’ve knocked too and none have it. I’ve tried to get into contact with them no response through email. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Unlike some of the reviews I have read here I've had no issue with BulkSupplements in the last couple of years I've been buying from them. All orders have been filled promptly and completely. I honestly don't know if what I'm taking is doing me any good or if I just have really expensive urine but I'm 65 and very healthy. Five years ago I couldn't say the same thing but I have made a number of changes in my life, one of them being adding a number of supplements from these people, and I can say that now. I will say the references to chinese (intentionally NOT capitalized) sourcing for their products does give me pause but until I hear USDA or some lab come out and say "we've done testing and these are our concerns.." I will continue to buy the products I do from them. *My* experience with them, for what it's worth, has been 5 star so far.

The company scams you for extra Fedex or UPS ground service but they always end up just sending it by cheap, inefficient, terrible USPS which always delivers to the wrong place or to a leasing office instead of putting leaving it at your front door. When you contact them about it you get a very lackluster apology bordering on condescending. They have lost me as a customer for good.

Really impressed by their service. I was a bit sceptical at first but when I called them to ask about my order and delivery times, they provided me with all the information I needed. I received my order in time for my family gathering!

Absolutely the WORST "Monk Fruit Extract" sweetener I ever bought. It has terrible taste and it is brown in color.

They have a great variety of stuff and amazing prices, but you get what you pay for. I bought their Tongkat Ali and I really did not notice a difference in energy or libido, then I tried the Tongkat Ali from NootropicsDepot and I notice a huge difference. Avoid BulkSupplements if you're lookin for quality, it's cheaply made bunk stuff.
