The food was beyond what we expected..thumbs up to location. Only problem was the extra food we requested wasn't able to receive but overall excellent service and the driver delivered in time with food still being hot!!!

The food from La Siesta was terrific and our driver, Gretchen, did a fantastic job as well. 5stars!!

I've had the great pleasure of contacting Bite Squad customer service way too often. We have had food delivered for almost 3 years. These people have had drivers that delivered our food to houses 3 streets over as well as food that was spilled completely in the bad. As I'm typing this, we have been waiting on our food for almost 3 hours! So sick of this company. We have had food that was completely wrong as well as other people's orders. I just don't understand. Customer service is a complete waste of time!!!

excellent service the delivery person was so quick and friendly even when i told him i could not tip him cash. LOL! I felt bad.

I so appreciate Bite Squad!!! It allows me to send food to my daughter that is in college. They always call to fix a replacement and get what I want. I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Delivery was prompt but food was lamb from Patinella’s Chicken Grille. I didn’t request rice on either of the 2 bowls, but rice was half of the bowl.

The most UNRELIABLE AND DISAPPOINTING food delivery service. 1. They marked up prices so drastically! They also charge you booking fee! They also charge you service fee if you don’t waive this one! They basically sucking your money! 2. Food is delivered 2 to 3 hours after order! They keep delaying the ETA! 3. Customer service is not helpful at all. Only able to answer very basic! Only says yes it’s being prepared or it’s being on the way. Driver en-route, etc. they never really solve the issue! 4. The tracker is not reliable! You cannot see the driver and the ETA keeps longer!!

The food always says "delivered" when it never gets here. Every other delivery site is wonderful and gets the food to me (GrubHub, I love you!), but BiteSquad has only successfully delivered to my address a handful of times, and it's not like I live in the country or something. When contacted they simply tell me "too bad" and refund my money, while I'm stuck here an hour or an hour and a half after ordering with a hungry family at my heels and no other options because of the time. The service department can never seem to contact the driver, and once they had me standing outside my house, saying he was just outside. I waited and looked for 15-20 minutes before calling them back and having them say they were not delivering because it "wouldn't be fair for me to get cold food". Bite Squad sucks in every way possible, they take longer than the others and they don't care if you get your food or not. I'm not an unreasonable person, I understand things happen, but the last 5-6 times I have ordered with them I have not gotten my food. One time they said they would send them back to pick up the order again, and then when they never showed, they were like "oh, yeah, we decided not to do that", another time I watched the tracker that had the driver pick up my food, drive out and then it said delivered when I didn't get it, when I contacted customer service they tried to tell me I picked up the food and didn't want to give me a refund. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times, but at this point, if I can even keep just one more person from using them it is worth it. They are absolutely awful and unreliable.

Driver was excellent, ahead of scheduled time. Obviously he was at the restaurant when the food was ready. Some services leave the food at the restaurant for hours. Very satisfied with driver, not so much the restaurant.

Aniysa was super good, she delivered hot hot hot food, in her facemask with food in hot bag along with food bundled up in the restaurant’s bag as well, now food I ordered a few days ago was delivered cold, in a bag not secured with the cover on the boxes meal not even secured, and when I did the chat about getting a refund I was denied, now you tell me why this young lady can deliver our food hot, and I mean it was hot and bag secured? But when I did a chat to get a refund because it was not up to standards as like it was today, the chat person gonna tell me its restaurant’s fault but yet bitesquad did the delivery ( fork & plough was name of restaurant) anyways I’ll see if this post, looks like only good comments post from bitesquad, but let’s see!!!!
