First time we ordered breakfast to be delivered. I will do it again. The driver Joseph D had his mask on. Everything was professional and courteous. I could see a nice smile in his eyes over his mask. Quick and the food was hot. Bite Squad is always great!

two is best i can give them.. several horrible customer service fails recently.. contactless delivery but no knock or ring.. leaving food to be ice cold on the porch.. deliver 60% of the order and forgetting the rest.. is there no quality control at all? when you contact "customer service' its a joke.. oh. we can give u your money back i guess.. yeah. wow. give me the money for the stuff i paid for but did not get. amazing.

Most every time we use bite squad, they hv on professional shirts, masks, tend to be earlier than anticipated and always leave at door if im unwell and need it contactless. One.of our fav drivers is ....Meron?? Hes like family now. SUPER FAST deliv. Orders r correct and hot and super sweet!
My first time using this service and it was awesome, i had to change one of my orders and it was very easy to do through the chat the representative updated my info right away and my food was delivered and temp was still good. I will definitely be using bite squad again, and by the way I've never ordered from a food delivery other than pizza, this was my first using a delivery service.

Thanks for excellent service tonight. I’ve had delivery issues in the past but seems like that has been resolved. So I’m happy! I live pretty far out so I was having drivers either not show up to pick up food or show they delivered when they had not. I started boosting my tips and that seemed to help.
They almost always get things right. When things are bad they make it right.

Oh my this was and is my absolute favorite happy yummy UK food! Merlin must work here and he is a wizard of the kitchen! Delicious and perfect quantities. The pasty’s are to die for! The sides of peas and mashed are equally amazing. Also the delivery man was pleasant and very on time!!
