Awful company; does not value its customers
If you see your order using this 3rd party service.. CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!! I Googled a popular pizza place and was taken to this site. I paid and wrote in the notes "I will be in the lobby". (I am on vacation in Hawaii) I was in the lobby the entire 30 minute window waiting for our delivery.....nothing! The driver sent a text saying he was there but HE WAS NOT. I tried to call back but it would not go through. I reached out to Bite Squad and they are refusing to refund my $115 saying the driver was there....AGAIN..HE WAS NOT. NEVER NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!
