Bite Squad

The young man who delivered our order went above and beyond his duty. He had just pulled up with our order when my husband fell on the ice and maybe broke his leg and ribs. (We’ll know more tomorrow). The young man helped me get my husband off the icy ground and back into the house. Then asked if he could do anything else. He is to be commended.

I have never in my life seen such a terrible user interface for a service. For starters I couldn’t get in using my password. Then I tried to reset it only to be greeted by a message it had already been reset in past 24hrs. Troubled, I go in to make sure someone hasn’t hacked my account only to be greeted by an email that due to security concerns my password would have to be reset. I then had to wait 5 minutes to reset my password I guess due to my recent attempts to reset the password only to find out that it was an automated system password reset I’m guessing due to length of time I had not used the service. I then went to add my card because the other had expired. A separate card adding option did not appear on my first try so I had to do it again which meant getting out of my order and doing the order again only to be greeted by an ever spinning process. I have never been so frustrated with a process in my life. I will never use your service again. I can only hope to warn those who may unfortunately stumble into this terribly inefficient process.

My order was correct and the driver was awesome he came in the weather to deliver my food, he didn’t forget anything 👏👏👏

The food was good but it was smaller servings than what you would get if you went to the restaurant. The food was cold. The bitesquad driver did not have it in an insulated bag. Very disappointed.

This order was excellent. It was delivered by Bite Squad in a most timely manner. Nate the driver was exceptionally polite. The skewers were as tender as can be and cooked to perfection. The rice and veggies were great. Your hummus and bread you served was out of this world. Loved the bread.Yum. The meat was so tender and I love the rice served with the dish. Thanks for a most delicious dinner!!!

Horrible. Period. customer service is a joke!

Was supposed to get free delivery but didn’t see where to enter it. Before confirming the order, I tried to move back a page to see if I missed the spot to enter it. Didn’t see anywhere to enter and the order started processing so couldn’t cancel. I won’t be using bite squad again.

Excellent food and delivery. Delivery person was friendly.

The driver was extremely pleasant however the company sucks. I was updating banking information for future reference and it transmitted an order. I immediately tried to cancel it said I couldn't I tried to chat they said the order was already being made I talked to three different people who basically told me it was too late and then I got a message that I should expect the order in about 30 minutes well that hamburger place is up at the corner and they have burgers on the grill all day long so there's no reason they couldn't have stopped my order and then to tell me it was going to be 30 more minutes made no logical sense it wouldn't let me adjust the tip to make up for part of my loss though he was a nice driver and it wasn't his fault I talked to two if not three service reps I asked for their name they wouldn't give it I told them that I was going to notify the bank this was not an authorized charge and have them transfer it to their fraud division but nobody seemed to want to talk or help or tell me who they were. there's two or three or four companies out there so there's a good chance I won't be back.

Our driver was amazing. The roads in my neighborhood started freezing back up tonight and he was unable to make it up the hill entering our neighborhood. He called immediately as he started walking to deliver our order. We were able to meet him half way and get our order. We were very appreciative of his determination to deliver our order!

Ordered 2 smoothies from down the street at 1:30 pm. Didn’t get them til 5:00 pm. Spoke with customer service online 3 times since I couldn’t get a phone number and all they could say was that they couldn’t find a driver... ok so don’t let someone place an order then. To top it off the smoothies came melted like warm juice. Wouldn’t be shocked if they were sitting there since my original 1:30 order. Won’t be using this app again!

My neighborhood streets were still covered in snow and ice. Did not want to get out. Delivery time was 68 minutes when I ordered, but driver got here in about 45! Very happy, food was hot.

My driver was amazing! He let me look through the order to see if it was correct and it was not so he went back to get the food that was not there. All in record time!

We appreciate your service so much!

I gotta say I'm shocked anyone still uses you. You overcharge by 20% compared to other apps such as uber/grubhub/doordash.... That's already greedy, your customer service is the ruddest group of people I've ever come across in my life. I'm surprised anyone clicks on your app anymore. The food is never all the way in there so really it should say "bringing whatever the f$€k I want". You used to be amazing before bite squad bought you out.

Food was ready and delivered in time specified, all the orders were correct! Tasty, would do again.
