Food was delivered fast, still scolding hot! My driver followed delivery instructions to a t, this will definitley be my go to delivery service they offer a huge variety of restaurants as well!!

Ordered, 5 days in advance, a large meal to be delivered to a customer from Cracker Barrell. The morning of the meeting no food was there. Contacted Bitesquad and they advised me that they canceled my order for speculation of fraud. They never contacted me in any way. No email was sent out. No phone call was made.

All restaurants will package differently--don't blame the drivers or any app for that unless someone was late, handed you food tipped sideways, or whatever. I have had great drivers; I have also had those who don't read the clear notes I put and STILL miss my house despite putting giant reflective numbers on my XL mailbox. I have had restaurants forget things--and I have been refunded, whether the food was burned, missing, or wrong. I will continue to use this service as long as it still is worth my money because I have been hoping something like this would happen since I was in my 20's and had no way to drive somewhere, and I continue to hope that as with all new trends, the prices go down in time because it is something that is so commonplace the companies that do these services won't gouge us and have to compete with each other to keep going. At this point, even a nationwide pizza place is charging a $4 delivery fee, which is f'ing outrageous. Find the restaurants you like, order from them, complain when NECESSARY, and watch for the deals I guess. I ordered from Bitesquad tonight from one of my favorite places and it was a seamless handoff.

I am a bitesquad driver that uses the job as a way for quick cash. For the people we deliver food to, we barely get any of all the extra money you pay to get the food delivered. I drive around wasting my gas all day for orders & they don’t bother to pay just some of for our gas. They give us one phone number that you can talk to somebody if there is a problem & THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I MEAN NEVER. I had 2 orders at a restaurant & the hostess told me somebody else already picked up one of the orders & of course when I try to call or text the driver there is no number & the one number they give me I have to leave a voicemail. But if the customer leaves a complaint, dispatch will call you within minutes! So when I explain to dispatch what happened they replied with “oh well we’ll just have to give them a refund” so I’ll keep y’all updated if they take money off my check for something I was not responsible for 🙂

First time ordering and using the app. Was an awesome experience. Food arrived earlier than they said. I have used other services but this one is best so far. Keep up the good work.

Everything was excellent! We had crab Rangoon, shrimp tempura, lava drop tempura roll and spicy tuna hand roll (my fave)! Everything tasted so fresh

Absolutely unacceptable & discussing! The Bite driver ate almost all my hummus fries! She didn't even try to cover it up. Lids off the sauces, sauce almost all gone.. the order was all disheveled. I called Cider Press Cafe & they confirmed they put 8-9 pieces in each order. There was three pieces left when I opened the box GROSSSS! I've lost my appetite! Had a $40 order... I'm not going to eat any of it & Bite Squad will only refund me for the hummus fries. NEVER AGAIN!
