Bite Squad

Bite Squad and I had a rocky start months back. I must say in my area the service has improved so much that I'm using them almost daily.

I am not pleased with this delivery service. My order is always wrong. I can't talk to a human. I waits a hour my order was wrong. The credit my account to order wait another hour the food is cold and hard and old. I'm very unhappy with the B's company

David is an excellent deliverer. He was very patient while I checked my order from Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant, which by the way, an excellent cuisine. David is also very cordial & definitely an asset to the Bite Squad Company.

Was on time and my food still good and hot.

Buyer beware, using Bitesquad can cost you a lot more than ordering by phone! Seikisui Little Rock offers 50% sushi discounts if you pick up at the restaurant, and uses Bitesquad for online ordering. I selected pick up, which means I should have gotten a 50% discount. Instead, I was given a shrug by the waitress and told I should have ordered by phone, and it was my problem. Appropriately enough, the man in line in front of me was placing his order in person, because he hadn't been able to get anyone on the phone. Bitesquad said there was nothing they could do, as the restaurant sets the prices. So if you're going to order from Seikisui Little Rock, don't use bitesquad through their website. Better yet, go to another sushi place that will honor discounts.

Excellent lamb and opakaka!!! My husband has the lamb...he said "wow! Tasty and tender". I love my Opakapaka. I can't imagine it tasting better. Its perfect...and it was take out! It must be outstanding when eating in the restaurant. We will definitely order again.

Fabrica's has the best pizza, meatballs and salads in St Pete and Bite Squad is great for deliveries!

Quick and easy way to get your food delivered to your doorstep, just wish the delivery wasn’t so expensive!! :/

I enjoy the delivery service. Bite Squad is diligent in rectifying situations that occasionally happen. I have used the service for several months and plan to continue.

The food was hot and the order was correct. The driver was AMAZING! I sent a message asking that the doorbell not be rung because we have a sleeping baby and dogs. The driver was like a ninja! My husband didn’t even realize the food was here. 👍🏻
