Bite Squad

Bite Squad took two hours to bring me my food. Within those two hours, they managed to cancel two of my orders and let my food get cold while they "found" a driver. I will never use this app again.

Food was delivered an hour after the original time I was given when the order was placed. Missing items and food was cold. Very disappointing. Only thing they could do is refund my money, which is great but not I’m back where I started. Hungry and now it’s two hours later than I was the first time:

BiteSquad asked me to review my driver for a pickup order, so: " I was great...left on time and picked up the food making sure that the sauces were included. Drove home directly and enjoyed my meal. I will certainly use myself again for ALL my pickup orders!

The idea is good, but the service is deploreable. Orders are almost always wrong, almost always missing critical items, and their customer service is sad. If you order an item such as a salad for dinner, expect that the dressing might not come, or blue cheese if you ordered hot wings. Also expect that frequently half your order will be left behind, menaing that someone doesn't eat. When you contact bitesquad you use an app that disconnects you and their solution is basically a credit or a refund, or you can wait another hour or more for the rest of you order to arrive- as if it were a new order. These are remedies used to correct an occassional error, but with bite squad, you will be getting a lot of credits and refunds for missing items. I contacted them because I pay for unlimited delivery and most of the restaurants in my area now require a booking fee- this is even for some sandwich shops like Subway. Bitesquad told me the restaurant sets a booking fee. So you pay a delivery fee, a booking fee, and all of the food through Bitesquad is priced higher than if you called the restaurant directly. Very frustrating!! unfortunately they are the only service in my area. Terrible. I can't imaging any positive reviews for this company. These problems happen almost with every order, leading me to believe its impossible that I'm the only one dealing with this.

On time food was GOOD and HOT GREAT DRIVER NICE FRIENDLY

I jumped on to write a review because this the second time food was missing from my order. Would you eat this? This is a homewrecker burrito bowl from Peppers. It looked like it had been poured out the side and was missing key ingredients like STEAK and lettuce. Last time I ordered a bbq family feast from Sonny's and the driver never came to my house. Just went home with it. I am DONE with Bitesquad. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

Ordered around 7pm and had hot food at 7:39...very polite delivery person. We were prepping for supper when we noticed the meat seemed slimy so we did not feel like starting over. Za's does a nice job packaging up food to go. Great experience.

Terrible service all the way around. We ordered, order was not sent to restaurant until an hour later. An hour after that a driver was still not assigned. I cancelled the order. almost 2 hours later driver shows up at my door with the order. I told him we had cancelled and no longer wanted it. Then he sat in my driveway for 25 minutes eating the order...... No words...

Bite squad sucks your food is always cold and you mess up on every other order

I am visiting my daughter and son-in-law for the birth of their baby. We ordered cupcakes from Cupcake and Things. I was contacted about my order and was quickly helped to substitute part of my order by customer service. I had written instructions to the driver to knock softly as we had a baby sleeping. The Bite Squad driver, Kap-keoki, honored this and was very quiet when he arrived and very pleasant when handing me my order. I will definitely recommend this delivery service!! Thanks

This is the first time I've ordered from O'Kims from Downtown and boy was it a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!👍👍 I LOVE my meat dish, so I ordered the Kalbi Steak medium rare. Mmmm GOOD! This was my meal for the day. It was very filling with kim chee, toss salad a great citrus type dressing, tasty roasted veggies (potato, carrots & squash (?)), and purple mochi rice (?). I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you trying O'KIMS. I WASN'T disappointed at all!!!😋😋

Fast delivery. They have drivers that can get on military bases and that’s a life saver during COVID.

This was my first experience with Bite Squad and I was pleased. The delivery was ahead of schedule and the food was as ordered and was hot.

My driver went back for missing sodas that were not her fault. She went above and beyond. Dang I hope she gets credits for this. Not all heros wear capes....

For the 2nd delivery in a row, there was food missing from my order. This time, it was my 2 entrees! I had to go to the restaurant to have them make new food because my driver picked it up, but didn't deliver it.

Food was outstanding and delivery person great but Bite Squad system failed me so bad I canceled my membership. I never received over a year any owed discounts or any perks. They overcharged for food. Yet they don’t take care of their drivers.

Ice storm here. Just had surgery and finally hungry. Bite Squad has come through hitting the right spot! Thank you!
