My food was great but was a little disturbed by the driver calling me and asking was I giving a cash tip after it was already expressed on the order.

BiteSquad has been making great progress with delivery time and accuracy in the order. We had sent a complaint to corporate in January of 2021 because of a 3 hour wait time. We suggested the drivers to wait for the customer to grab food before leaving the residence to verify the correct destination and the delivery a success. We also made some suggestions for long wait times. They listened and have followed through. We have been happy with BiteSquad thus far.

Dylan was the best driver I have had this far. I forgot to change the address before ordering, so he went to my residence not where I was ordering from. Instead of leaving my food and not even knocking like my previous driver, he called after knocking twice. He put it the new address and was here in no time. He was kind and gracious... thank you sir for being great at what you do!

I would rate em a pathetic service. I was expecting guests I ordered food through em and never received the food. Worst organization I have ever come across My guest waited for 5 hours but no one showed up. On contacting their customers service there were shame less answers from em. Please donot order through em you will get embarrassed. They are shame less people with irresponsible drivers.

Nothing wrong with the delivery but we were missing the banana from our order.

Service with Jessica was amazing! She communicated when she picked up the food and gave an estimated time of arrival. When she arrived she was very professional.

It is Minnesota freezing out finally and my car isn’t cooperating so I needed food badly and it was actually early and warm still which is a challenge when it’s -15° out. I even decided to tip cash on top so they could be double tipped.

I’ve used BS a few times. They are very reliable and the drivers are so courteous.
