After fees, taxes, delivery charge, and tip, my order jumped from $37 to $61. That’s crazy. I’ll search around for other delivery companies next time. Food was delicious and came sooner than expected. Happy with the experience, just not the fees.

Horrible all I have to say is don't mess up and accidentally order something because there's no customer service phone contact whatsoever just a chat service and they will refuse to cancel orders even 2 seconds after ordering the food. My wife now has to wait up to three days just to get the money back we never had to begin with. Horrible horrible horrible if you're gonna run a business for God's sake make it easy to contact the business incase of situations like this one

This is our #1 restaurant, in this area. The food is Always Delicious. The service is wonderful. Best Pizza, Meatballs and everything is authentic Italian.

We got our food earlier than expected, and everything was awesome! Davis (driver) was prompt and courteous.

Bite squad has a good selection of restaurants, however the fees are ridiculous. Consider a delivery with all the fees will cost you around 10 to 15 per order. Customer support is decent.

I placed an order for sub sandwiches at firehouse subs. This was my first time eating there and I was shocked. The sandwiches were 3.5 inches each and I paid 43.00. That is outrageous! We are all still hungry and I have to go out and buy more food. The restaurant left the regular receipt and it was 20. Still pricey for what we got, but to up charge the food a d tack on fees too until it is more than double. It would have been more but I had a coupon for free delivery. Ha! That is a joke.

Susan was overall wonderful she informed me when she was outside with my food she arrived early than expected time plus it was snow on the ground keep up excellent customer service

the food was very good, the order was just as i asked, and the delivery person was friendly and efficient. i am very satisfied with the whole transaction and will definitely be doing business with bite squad in the future.

The delivery driver was great. The food was excellent! My first time ordering from Lost Pizza. Will be ordering again. However, the drink I ordered wasn't drinkable. The Coke tasted like cough syrup so I had to throw it out.

Our food was hot when we got it, the driver was very courteous. Joe's has the best italian food around. We would use this service, driver and restaurant again!

Food was delivered still hot and the driver sent a personal text saying he was there and food was on the steps (per my request). It was nice to know that he wanted to make sure I knew it was there. Best driver I have had deliver!
