Worst service ever! Food delivered, but we never received it. I give up.

The driver was nice , delivery time was fast but Moe’s didn’t package our order correctly and we didn’t receive items that we paid for and it’s hard to get someone on the phone to correct the issue so we gave up..

The delivery was great. It was on time still hot and the driver Kasha was amazing. The restaurant left out some food. But other than that was great!!

Everything was perfect. On time and hot! I have not had this great of service with the other companies. I will be using Bite squad again.

Since the pandemic started, my family & I have utilized delivery services more. I am pleased to share that every time we’ve used Bite Squad, we’ve had positive experiences. We will continue to utilize their services.

I was appalled when I found out how much I was charged vs. The receipt that was taped to my delivered order, I WAS CHARGED TWICE AS MUCH. All the items from the sushi place I ordered from were much less than what bite squad charged, plus I paid the tip, tax and other service fees on top of that. My bill was $87.44.. but the receipt on the delivery from the restaurant said $41.00 with all the items accounted on the receipt. I complained to bite squad customer service but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I will never use this rip off service again and will use their competition! I advice to everyone not to use bite squad. I've spent too much money on them and this is what was really happening. I'm glad I know now and won't be ever going back to bite squad! RIP OFF!!

Fast delivery

They bait and switch business owners. Customer service is a joke. When you call them you talk to Junior account managers. The management hides themselves behind account managers that give you the runaround. Highly recommended to stay away from this company.

Deliverer Thomas, been here couple of times, is excellent. First use of Kay’sRestaurant and food was most pleasing.

I use them often and have learned to have my own plastic ware, and if I order a drink it almost always never comes, except for tonight, they brought it 40 minutes later and left it on my porch, never knocked or anything.

Food arrived hot and not spilled in containers, driver followed instructions to call I was at work pleasant and polite lady driver.

The restaurant was great but the service was questionable. I didn’t get my text that said they were nearby so I heard the nock. So I said I’d be right there. Well they just left the bag on the ground and left. They didn’t wait 4-5 seconds. Disappointed! I’ve been using you for about 3 years and you are going downhill.

Although food was delivered fast and hot but it was Worst Indian food Ever . Aloo paratha and paneer naan was horrible . Instead of chicken soup they delivered vegetable soup . Green chutney (sauce) was with some artificial green color and Taste horrible . Samosa was ok . Chana masala was horrible. In short not a recommended place , avoid if possible.
