deploreable customer service
The idea is good, but the service is deploreable. Orders are almost always wrong, almost always missing critical items, and their customer service is sad. If you order an item such as a salad for dinner, expect that the dressing might not come, or blue cheese if you ordered hot wings. Also expect that frequently half your order will be left behind, menaing that someone doesn't eat. When you contact bitesquad you use an app that disconnects you and their solution is basically a credit or a refund, or you can wait another hour or more for the rest of you order to arrive- as if it were a new order. These are remedies used to correct an occassional error, but with bite squad, you will be getting a lot of credits and refunds for missing items. I contacted them because I pay for unlimited delivery and most of the restaurants in my area now require a booking fee- this is even for some sandwich shops like Subway. Bitesquad told me the restaurant sets a booking fee. So you pay a delivery fee, a booking fee, and all of the food through Bitesquad is priced higher than if you called the restaurant directly. Very frustrating!! unfortunately they are the only service in my area. Terrible. I can't imaging any positive reviews for this company. These problems happen almost with every order, leading me to believe its impossible that I'm the only one dealing with this.
