At the estimated delivery time, I checked on the progress of our dinner on the app only to discover that our order was cancelled! No phone call, no dinner, nothing! I will never use this service again.
I ordered my food and it was promised between 9:15 - 9:25pm. It is 10:43pm and my food has not been delivered. I tried the chat but nothing. I requested a refund but no response. This is the last time I use bitesquad. They bit me. I am out $25 and no response and no food.
For the second night in a row, my food has arrived cold and the delivery took nearly two hours.
Took 2 hours to get my order. Extremely disappointed

If I could’ve given them zero stars that’s what I would do I was told my order would be here at 6:35 to 6:45 I called the restaurant at 7pm they had not picked it up here it is 735 I have not heard from them I tried to do a live chat no one answers I will never ever order from this company again

Worst F’n delivery service ever! Good luck getting any customer service when your food doesn’t show up or is wrong. Drivers are lazy and incompetent. GO DOORDASH

Pasta Faire is the best Italian restaurant in town! Food was excellent. The driver was very polite. Couldn't be happier.
I never received my food. Not only that, Bite Squad took my money and it has yet to be refunded to my card. Then had the nerve to say the food was delivered at 1am when I was guaranteed by 11:48pm. I use to love Bite Squad but this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth.

My account was breeched and used by someone and bite squad was unconcerned. Customer service took no responsibility and told me it was my problem to pursue credit from my bank. I quote "As for the refunding the charges back to you, unfortunately you will need to contact your banking institution for reimbursement. Removing your credit card information and resetting your password on your account are great ways to prevent this issue from happening again" No responsibility accepted, great customer service Bite Squad!! I trusted them with my CC info and they did not protect it, beware!!
Is there a zero star choice? Bite squad is going down hill. Delivery estimate was 8:10, until our food arrived @ 8:45. zero response from support. This is happening time after time. You’re losing customers
Grouper was 2 inches thick, tasty fresh! Fries were still crunchy, hand cut. Veggies were great, and the tarter is the best ive ever had, worth every penny
