Our diver Johnathan was excellent!!

They never contact me back or deliver my food to the right place. They dropped my food off in the rain at another place. Deleted app and strongly recommended not using them.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My fiance is with our daughter who is in the hospital and he wanted something other than hospital food for once. He ordered wings through Bitesquad. When the app said the order was delivered, he walked down to the lobby and he didn't see the food. He called the driver and found out he was at the wrong place. He was literally across the street. He stated he would be right there, so my fiance waited in the lobby for 30 minutes on his food. It never showed up. When trying to get a hold of the driver and the company he was met with basic silence. He tried the live chat for 5 hours yesterday and a representative never came on to chat. He has emailed (as well as I) to which neither have received any type of response. So basically, they took the money, did not deliver the food and has yet to respond. Thats stealing in my book and thats not ok. He cant just leave to go get food, he is in the hospital with our child. This needs to be fixed and fast.

This delivery this time was one of the best so far. Very professional on time everything I ordered was there and still warm. When I order again or who ever orders from the you hope all your drivers are as professional as this gentleman.

Bite squad is currently withholding information in regards to a purchase made with my credit card. They have told me the city in which this took place but are ignoring my emails regarding the actual physical address they delivered food to. My attempts to prosecute this are being hindered by them. They are in effect protecting the people who may or may not have misappropriated my money. I find this to be poor business. I just want the detailed info as to where and when this took place. Like a nice receipt. For my um... taxes...

My driver had great communication. Would like to modify tip for higher amount. How can I do this?

It is not hawaii friendly. One night they didnt pick up my order even though food was ready at the restaurant. Customer’s service chat doesnt work at night time in hawaii. You guys should full membership refund for all members in Hawaii.

The delivery person was friendly and left my food hot and ready for me to enjoy. Greatly appreciate this experience with Bite Squad 😊

Restaurant took a while but the driver was great!

Most of the time it’s slow and not user friendly but occasionally I get good food within the actual estimated delivery time. Only reason I use this is because I’m stuck on base.

Ordered $65 worth of food for fight night Saturday night at 8:45pm. The time was 10:15pm when I realized the food hadn't come yet. Called the pizza place and asked if the driver was on the way, they said my order was still under the warming rack! They told me that they would re make my order and send it out with a delivery driver. I said that I would pick it up so I can talk to someone. When I got to the pizza place, the manager was very helpful and even called the delivery driver for me. Bite squad said they apologize for my order and they would be refunding my money. They never did. I look on the app, and it says my order was delivered! What a clown show! No call from bite squad or the delivery driver. Will never order from them again! Get your stuff together bite squad!! Still waiting on a call from them. Its Monday morning

I ordered from two different restaurants and both were delivered quickly by Andrea. She's awesome and has great customer service skills!

My bite squad driver Christine called me after my food was delivered to make sure I got my food since she had handed it over to my boyfriend. I appreciate her follow up.

The driver was awesome but bitesquad was two hours late and it took the driver almost an hour on the phone with customer service to get anywhere.

O was very satisfied with the service., they checked to make sure i had everything in my order and followed my instructions.

Zero stars. Food was ordered and never delivered. After 2 hours called the restaurant and the verified the food was sitting there and never picked up. We then got a text from the driver saying they "couldn't find our house". They make you wait to "chat" with a rep that never shows up. No customer service response at all. Time to dispute the credit card. 1st and last time using Bite Squad.

Very good service again the delivery time did change a little bit but we where in no rush Delivery guy was great

My one star review isn't for the restaurant. It's for your Bite Squad's service. My wait time went from an hour to almost three hours. That's ridiculous. I do believe that I'll be taking a break from this company.
