WOW was super fast, faster than projected. Food was super hot and fresh and Cara, the delivery gal was sweet and friendly. I know I can trust Bite Squad, they are pros at this.

Finally a good delivery

This is the second time we have ordered from Bite Squad and had other peoples food delivered before the driver came to our house. Both times we got cold food and it was after 8:30. The time estimate is never even CLOSE to accurate. Keeps changing. They need more drivers. We'll never use them again.

If there was less than 1 star that would be it. Crack head driver picked up the food over an hour ago, sent a text that she was in the bathroom and now the food is an hour late? Did she crap in it, spit in it? What it’s less than 3 miles away! Happened last time and now this time! Delete the app if you have it and never try it!

I have reached out to custmer service several times. No one has responded back. Placed an order with Pho Me Vietnamese Noodle Bar in Tallahassee. Order came to $65.00 almost $13.00 each for Pho. Litterally unedible. The beef had been placed in the both and tasted spoiled and a flim of grease coated the spoon. My team mate and I had to throw the soup away. I did NOT ask for a full refund, just for the Pho. Still waiting for Bite Squad to call or email me back. I hate writing negative reviews but not like they give much choice.

I ordered food and found out the restaurant was closed nobody from bitesquad inform me of this so I had to get on the get help been waiting on live chat for an hour and a half still nobody is responding worst customer service I ever had wont be using them again

My driver was excellent he followed directions and even gave a call to make sure the items were collected. He went above and beyond I wish all drivers whereas kind and considerate as he. Wonderful asset to the company who provides extraordinary customer service.
