Rates too high, It took a 10% tip then I wanted to cancel order for a good reason, but it processed my ordered and I didn't even had time to submit.

I ordered and there was a small delay in delivery but my driver was great and kept me updated. He let me know about the delay, when he was in the way, and I was very satisfied.

BiteSquad doesn't even deserve the one star its getting. I ordered a $108 meal that I never got. I waited over 2 hours to even get a refund and that was after my driver picked up my food. My driver picked up my food and left with it. She was right up the road when all of a sudden my order when back to the original screen display. I am never using this app again

Deliverer marked my order as delivered 20 minutes before it was actually delivered. Thought they had thrown my order out.

She was friendly and fast, kept me updated.

I ordered food never received the food. I contacted customer service never got a reply. But the payment being processed. Very poor customer service I will not recommend anyone to use your service.

Had a great all around experience with Bite Squad. Delivery was fast. Food was hot and delicious. Will reserve the right to update as we garner more experience with this app, but for now, it’s great!

The worst delivery company. I waited 2 hours for my order and since I can’t get these jerks on a phone or a live chat I called the restaurant, who has already closed, we’re still waiting on the driver and they can’t get a response either. Use another company! This one sucks!!!

The driver did not arrive at the restaurant until well after the original delivery time. Our food sat prepared at the restaurant for an hour. By the time it arrived, the food was cold and nasty. Thanks Bite Squad. Also on their customer service chat, I waited 15 minutes and never got an agent. Ya’ll suck.

3rd time I have ordered food for bite-squad and my order is so late, always is. Then I ask for assistance on an email or on their so called live chat and no one will answer me. How can they do this? I want my refund on my entire order. COLD FOOD SUCKS

2 TIMES IN A ROW AN ISSUE WITH BITE SQUAD! I ORDERED DINNER LAST NIGHT FOR THE FAM. OVER AN HOUR LATER I GET A CALL FROM THE DRIVER STATING THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE APP BUT SHE HAS FOOD AND IS ON THE WAY! NEVER SHOWED UP WITH FOOD-GOT A TEXT STATING FOOD WAS BEING REMADE AND WILL GET DELIVERED! NEVER SHOWED UP AND I WAS CHARGED $47 FOR FOOD I NEVER GOT!! WTH!

Overall excellent service!

This is the 2nd order in a row that has been wrong with bite squad. The 1st time the order was completely incorrect and the 2nd time, now, the order was late by an hour and all the food was cold.

Luis was fabulous. Made sure our food delivered in a timely way. With napkins and utensils and a smile in his eyes behind the mask! Well done!
