Great driver. Thorough in making sure he had the right address and fast delivery.

Good service good quality food. Fast and truthful good driver.

This company have to get it together, the food was good.The person from bite squad was very polite and contact me about my order. Which they handled that very well. The issue was the person who bring me the food.the person who delivered me the food was not to person who was on the app. It was a women that had a child in the back seat that was not scrapped in the car seat. This women didn’t have her face covered with a mask and her had off was not good. I sent them clear instructions to get to my home and she didn’t follow directions. Didn’t greet me and I said hello and asked for her name.she was not smiling and it seem as if she didn’t what to do her job. The women and the other person was arguing in the car and front of a child,before she gave me my food.The only thing I can say about this person is the food was still warm.I guess that’s the reason why bite squad have it where you cant rate the person who delivering the food. I mite try to order one more time but that’s a (BIG MITE). Their need to be some changes. The bite squad app add in a tip if you don’t catch it or change it. You just gave them some more of you money. Bite squad should make it where we can add a tip after your food is delivered. So you can see if that person delivering the food can get a tip or not.

I’ve been using a few different delivery services during this COVID era and recently discovered Bitesquad...and I am very impressed! When other apps might show that there are no courriers in my area, Biteswuad consistently shows availability for those same restaurants. In addition, tonight the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure that he delivered the food to the right house...so appreciated. Thank you!

I pushed a few buttons and then I was putting food into my mouth. The buttons were cool and the food was hot.

I’ve always had a good driver, but the one I had tonight was exceptional. You could tell she really enjoyed her job. Something about the energy she gave off just put me in a better mood. I always tip the driver but her energy made me run in the house and tip her an extra $5 just because she was so nice!

Ripped off, food picked up and never delivered, Bite Sqaud has no customer service so you’re going to have to resolve this with your bank: I’d give this a zero if it was an option...

Food actually arrived ahead of time. Delivery person was super friendly. Everything we ordered was included and still hot.

James T did an awesome job left food where it was suppose to be. I’ve been using grubhub or DoorDash every time the orders were screwed up and very cold. Today my order was correct and hot. I finally got a decent meal that I could enjoy. Will definitely use again

The food from Cracker Barrel was really good it was still hot and fresh! The driver William was exceptional!

The worst delivery app EVER! and they will scam you quick. I am not the only victim. Their customer service is trash. Use Door Dash instead. I gave this app too many chances when they already burned me before. Do not use bitesquad there are better services available .

I ORDER FROM BITE SQUAD AT LEAST 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR THE LAST 10 MONTHS AND I VERY SELDOM HAVE AN ISSUE AND WHEN I DO IT IS USUALLY RESOLVED QUICKLY. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM FOR YOUR MEAL DELIVERY NEEDS.

I love my Bite Squad! I know there are a lot of services available, maybe less $, maybe more $, but Bite Squad always comes through, so I’m sticking with them!
