My account was breeched and used by someone and bite squad was unconcerned. Customer service took no responsibility and told me it was my problem to pursue credit from my bank. I quote "As for the refunding the charges back to you, unfortunately you will need to contact your banking institution for reimbursement. Removing your credit card information and resetting your password on your account are great ways to prevent this issue from happening again" No responsibility accepted, great customer service Bite Squad!! I trusted them with my CC info and they did not protect it, beware!!
