Bite Squad

The driver went above and beyond. He saw that I had a package in my mailbox and saw it was about to rain. So not only did he deliver my food he also brought my mail and package to me. He said he sees it is about to rain and he did not want it to get wet.

Fast and friendly delivery! Pizza from my favorite Place was still hot.

To start, I placed my order at 8:15 and estimated delivery time was 9:45/9:55. The order arrived at 11:20 three hour later and that wasn't satisfactory for me. I won't be using bite squad no time in the future. I tried customer service and never got a response after waiting for 30/40 minutes. 👎👎👎👎

We had a large order and it was precise and delivered in a timely fashion. Driver was pleasant.

The food was fantastic. The driver had good communication and kept apologizing for taking a while to deliver. He was chill. The communication is always much appreciated.

Their app is ridiculous. It NEVER works. Right now mine says my food will be delivered by 8:27, and it’s 8:51. It also says the driver has had it since 8:15, but the map shows no movement. When I try to get help through customer service I get a run around and eventually disconnected. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And it happens a lot. I’m done. Door Dash here I come.

The bite Squad delivery driver was great she gave great service but my Chinese food was inaccurate I asked for extra onion on my house fried rice and I didn't get no onions and a tall and plus the house fried rice barely had any meat any shrimp in it from the first jump so luckily I did pay for a dollar extra shrimp because that's all I seen, and also the chicken wings was very small, but other than that thank you bite Squad and I will be ordering again!

Every time I bite squad another chance I regret my decision. I would not give them one start. Terrible terrible terrible company! My food never gets delivered!!! Contacting customer service is non existent. It is through a “live chat”. It takes sl much time and effort to get a response you are better off either counting your losses or just contacting your bank for a refund. I will Never use Bite Squad again! No more chances!

Last time I ordered the whole experience was horrible. This time my food was delivered in time, hot and still in the container. Thanks to the driver I had this time.

Never had an issue before except yesterday. However they fixed the issue and comped my meal. Customer service was great. And the food was tasty. Just hated to have to wait almost 2 hrs for a driver to pick up and drop off my food.

Food was garbage but that doesn't reflect on bite squad. Driver was extremely friendly and order was executed correctly. Won't order from Applebee's again.

Driver was courteous and polite. He checked our order for completeness because we had special requests. Thank you.

Alex was SUPER fast, meal was correct, hot and delicious, and he was PPP’d out. Taco El Riendo Express, Crystal/New Hope area!

David B. was my driver, even though he was late in delivering my order, I found out why he was late and I am glad that he was safe and sound for the craziness out there. He is never late and usually delivers my order in time. He was very polite and apologized. Thanks again David.
