Customer service is pathetic no phone number to talk to anyone and now no one replies on live chat every time I order it takes more than 2 hours

I got an order from this Mexican restaurant “Los gallos “was almost time to close ; everything was perfect and very quick !

Honestly tonight was the last straw with Bitesquad. We were already pretty disappointed with the way service fees are not transparent and tips are not given to drivers and on top of that every order takes an hour and a half (and is almost every time delayed). We learned to order two hours in advance and just be really patient. But on top of that tonight after 2 hours wait they delivered just two out of six of our items without even ringing the door bell and tried to charge us $100 for that horrible service then when we pointed out the error they didn’t offer to deliver the items they offered us BiteSquad credit...Um sorry I can’t eat that! I asked for a refund on my card and got $50 back, so I got the privilege of paying $50 for two cold items because they still charged taxes, fees, delivery and tip. Never ordering from here again (deleted the App) and frankly AlohaToGo, GrubHub and so much of your competition will be able to fill the VOID.

Received order 15 minutes earlier than quoted. Excellent delivery person and food was hot! Will definitely use again!

The restaurant had my order wrong but the delivery driver made sure we got everything we ordered, and even went as far as going back to the restaurant to completely fulfill the entire order. I truly appreciated the awesome service and will be ordering more in the future!

Food ordered 5:32 pm quoted delivery 6:20 pm. Food ready at restaurant 5:55 pm. Driver didn’t pick up until 6:48 pm. I was handed food 7:20 pm exactly an hour late.

This place is terrible! I placed an order for my family with bite squad. We waited 2 hours with not being informed the our order was canceled! I called the restaurant and was told the bite squad driver came and picked up our food, and said our order was not complete. They said the driver refused to call us! And the that our order was complete! They said the driver was rude and took the food, but never brought it to us leaving my family and I hungry! Had to order pizza at 11pm. Will never use this place again and will be sure to tell everyone in my path how badly we was treated!!!!!

Pathetic. On hold with live chat over 1 hour and 20 With no response. 2 orders within 7 hours and both were completely terrible and wrong. No help whatsoever. This company needs to step up the service. This is ludicrous and pitiful.

My very last time ordering from this company. I order at 740 still have received it.

After 5 orders, my last order was over 2 hours late. It said it was on its way and then again leaving the restaurant a second time. I know it's a Friday and busy but that's unacceptable. I'm not blaming the driver as it changed drivers at some point, in fact I tipped extra for the drive he made. Another stated having the same issue.

Delivery was very fast and appreciated! Other food apps Door Dash was showing the time delivery ETA to be 60-75 minutes on a Friday afternoon. The food was ordered with Bite Squad and was delivered in 45 minutes. Great job! Food was hot and cooked perfectly.
