If I could give less than 1 star
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My fiance is with our daughter who is in the hospital and he wanted something other than hospital food for once. He ordered wings through Bitesquad. When the app said the order was delivered, he walked down to the lobby and he didn't see the food. He called the driver and found out he was at the wrong place. He was literally across the street. He stated he would be right there, so my fiance waited in the lobby for 30 minutes on his food. It never showed up. When trying to get a hold of the driver and the company he was met with basic silence. He tried the live chat for 5 hours yesterday and a representative never came on to chat. He has emailed (as well as I) to which neither have received any type of response. So basically, they took the money, did not deliver the food and has yet to respond. Thats stealing in my book and thats not ok. He cant just leave to go get food, he is in the hospital with our child. This needs to be fixed and fast.
