The title says it all. I ordered poke bowl station and a smoothie. The food was delicious it was delivered promptly and quickly and the driver was oh so nice. Very good experience.
I ordered food from a restaurant 5 minutes away. the driver sent me a text stating he delivered the food at 2:30 PM. there was no food they I get ahold of the service and they keep telling me he is driving to my location for 20 minutes seriously I do not like bite squad they are unreliable. I got a refund but that is not what I wanted I wanted my order!!!!!!!

This was the third time in a row my order has been over an hour an a half to get to me. I have tried the last two weeks to get to their help but you can never get through. So this is the last time I am using this app. Luckily the food was warm this time, the last two times not only late but ice cold. I’m done.

This food was so delicious. It was hot upon arrival. I got plantains as one of my sides. Everything was good. There was a lot of it. I couldn't eat it all and had enough for another meal. It probably helped that I also bought the Jamaican patty. They were out of jerk chicken. But I got the vegetarian patty. It was also hot and very tasty.
Terrible. I've been a very long customer and I can say with confidence that I've spent a lot of money. There was never a time they satisfied my order. Sometimes it's late or delivers completely wrong menu. I'm very disappointed in their service as well. Given my history with them, they have never given me anything complementary. all they do is apologize and they make the same mistakes over and over.
Every time that I have ever used bite squad I have had a stellar experience. The fees hurt a bit, but it’s worth it every time.
Our first driver told us that our house was too far for him to deliver. He said our tip wasn’t enough. So then we didn’t get any other notification from bite squad and thought our delivery wasn’t coming. Luckily our delivery came and our 2nd driver was very kind.
Well I like bite squad but I don't like leaving it at my door and have me to bend over and get it I'm not able to bend over and pick it up that's why I say hand it to me and y'all don't do it

Bite squad can bite me. I have used them for the second time and it’s the second failure. The first time the driver was an hour late and had zero compassion. Tonight, My food is now an hour overdue and has been waiting to be picked up for that hour. I have tried to contact them via text, chat and email, and I have zero response. This is ridiculous.
