This time was perfect. Stephanie came right to my house unlike my last order that I haven’t been refunded for yet.

When I don't feel like cooking, I go to bite squad for my meals because they are very neat, clean and professional!

Every time I’ve ordered through bike squat I’ve had a great experience the people are very willing to learn where to come in they call me when they pull in the parking lot and they tell me where they’re sitting at and I can get them where I need to have a mat and I’ve been very pleased with the drivers they are timely and everything

Tonight for a solo Oscars party, I ordered tentatively French food from a really nice restaurant here in Minneapolis and I thought that the escargot 🐌 or the French onion soup wouldn’t arrive fresh or evenly cooked, but they packaged it up excellently, and even the steak 🥩 fillet and pomme frites were awesome and amazing! Deliciosusaso!!!

Just used Bite Squad in Holly Springs. It’s a Saturday afternoon and pouring rain. The App was easy to use. I ordered J.R. Walkers Fish Shack. My food was packaged well. The presentation was great. The food was hot, matter of fact I popped a piece of fried okra in my mouth and it was almost too hot ☺️ Amber was my delivery driver and she was so sweet. She was laughing while getting soaked from the rain. Also she had on the appropriate PPE gear needed for her job. Thank you bite squad for coming to Holly Springs!!

I have tried using Bitesquad on multiple occasions and they never seem to be able to get my food in a timely manner. There have also been messed up orders missing items (which may be the restaurant ls fault, not Bitesquad). It's been about 4 months since I tried using them, so I thought I'd give them a try again *maybe they've improved* and I am, yet again, disappointed. Here I sit, an hour an a half after I placed my order, 30 minutes passed the expected delivery time, and still no one had even picked up my food. So my order is sitting there getting cold because they can't seem to get drivers to respond or something. When I try to check on the order it says they're trying to get a driver. It won't let me cancel my order. I'm fuming! Don't use this app! Use Uber Eats or Door Dash instead!

Best bite squad experience yet! My driver Tyneequa was fast, efficient, and didn't spill one drop of my Pho. That has NEVER happened. I usually end up pouring it out of the bag or having to get a refund! She was friendly and professional. Wish I could request her every time!

Order was delivered as mentioned in my order. The driver was polite and Downtowner Woodfired Grill is the best. I had the smoked rotisserie chicken pizza with mushrooms. The best!!

I have had better experience with bite squad than I have had with door dash. Order have been delivered when they say they supposed to be.

Order was delivered 10 min early which was great. Luckily I was looking at the app because there was no knock or no door bell to let me know they had set it on the porch.

I would give a zero!! This company has no business doing business. This was my first and will be my last transaction with them. Ordered food at 4:15 yesterday. Told me estimated time of delivery was 5:52pm. Not so bad. I check the time it’s now 6:05 and still no food, the app says it’s still being prepared. So I use the live chat to see where my food is, no response. So I call the restaurant, they tell me my food has been ready there just is no driver assigned. Lady tells me she’s going to try to contact them. I go back to the app and get told sorry for the delay they will let me know when the driver is on the way. I complained that our food was going to be cold. 6:45 I get a notification that my food was being prepared again and would be delivered by 7:15. Makes no sense. By this time I’m having to drop my step son off and having to drive past the restaurant so I called the restaurant at 7:00 and told them I was just coming to pick it up, they said ok. 7:15 I get to the restaurant as I’m getting out of my vehicle I get another notification from bite squad,”your drive just left the restaurant with your order.” I walk inside pickup my food. Restaurant tapatios was very apologetic told me they were sure everything was cold considering it had been made for hours at this point. And yes it was. Funny thing is bite lied!!!’ No driver picked up my food also I got a notification that a Lorraine dropped my good off at my house, another lie!!! No driver showed up to my house with any food. I requested a refund through there dumb app cause god forbid you actually talk to a person. The app says it refunded me my 97.00$ but my account doesn’t say the same. Again no actually person to talk to. Today I will be trying to contact there cooperate office. This company is a joke!

I had wonderful food delivered by Doordash because Bite Squad AGAIN failed to pick up my order.

I am a bite squad driver myself in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and I have ordered from the squad just to see how it is from a customers point of view and I can honestly say I am HIGHLY disappointed in this delivery service first it seems like whenever I order a driver takes forever to be located and the food goes way past the time it should customer service has you waiting for 10,15+ minutes and it’s all automated responses not a real human being the service is just poor maybe in other cities it’s better but in this market I am ashamed the drivers do not communicate with you and the tracker seems to constantly change times back and forth or just get stuck and just to be completely honest if you order from them please pick up your food instead of having it delivered because 1. It saves you the disappointment and frustration and 2. At LEAST you know you will actually get your food

My first experience with them..my Order was originally supposed to take 25-35 minutes..it took almost 2 hours & the app did not update this...My driver was the Best..much better than other apps drivers

I love this app! Easiest and most reliable one out there! The drivers are amazing!!
