I have been a Bite Squad user for many years. After tonight’s service when the driver drove 10 miles past my house from the pickup location to another home then 10 miles back to our home with our delivery, not only was our hot food cold and cold food hot it was suspect to eat. I brought the attention to customer service and said that our food was still within their projected time. Even after we literally say the driver with our food drive right past our location. Stick with DoorStep there’s a reason a lot of restaurants don’t use them. Mine will discontinue.

We ordered from Larry’s Pizza in NLR. Our driver was attentive and kept us updated. The order was a little late being ready but she delivered it as quickly as possible and the pizza and wings were hot and delicious.
Their waiting times are always wrong by significant amounts. Usually 45 to 60 minutes late. The times don't update on the app either so you're left with no information other than your food was supposed to be to you an hour ago and a hatred for the company.
I ordered 45 dollars worth of food at 11:38. The tracker hasnt assigned a driver to my order yet and says it wont be delivered until 1:20 as of right now (12:48). I contacted them to cancel the order but they refused since the food was already made at the restaurant. They told me this at 1230. So my 45 dollars worth of food, if it ever arrives, will be gross. They said there is nothing they can do but i could complain again when it arrives. There are too many other, better food delivery services to deal with this. I could literally have sat down at this place and left by now. Edit: finally its on the way. 12:57.

You cannot advertise 20 - 35 minutes and take 90 and not have upset customers. Never again. If you would have straight with me in the beginning I wouldn't had any reason to be upset.
1st time using Bite Squad.The app could use an upgrade.The app said that my order was being processed in the meantime my order had been delivered.I couldn't track the drivers position from pickup to delivery. I requested that the driver text me upon delivery.Never got the text.Happened to look out my door and found it.
I’ve used bitesquad for years I spend thousands of dollars on delivery and it seems like lately that all the orders are late. The excuse is A high volume but I’ll order at 4:45 on a Tuesday and it takes 2 hours to get my food basically an hour and 15 minutes past the estimate and when I call the restaurant they say the food is ready; there’s just no one coming to pick it up. So a it’s a bunch of BS

I used Bite Squad for the very first time because a friend gave me a gift certificate. I ordered MOTHER'S DAY dinner and DID receive a confirmation of the order. I didn't receive any further emails. On Mother's Day, at the time we were supposed to receive delivery, I clicked on Track and saw that the order was CANCELLED! So, here we were, expecting a nice dinner and ... NOTHING!!! What a happy Mother's Day for the 3 mothers at our dinner! Very disappointed and if it weren't for the gift certificate that I STILL have to use because I am NOT going to let them have that money for nothing, I would never order them again! They need to let us know as soon as they cancel an order so we can make other arrangements!! I have been telling everyone, today, what happened and not to use this service with the outrageous hidden service fees! They have more hidden fees than my cell phone bill!!! EXTREMELY unhappy customer!!!
Our Driver Rick is hands down the absolute BEST. our office orders dinner Monday -Thursday and he is usually our driver and he's wonderful. Super friendly and kind.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered food at 6 pm . Nothing until 9 pm . Then got an email that wrong driver picked up the food and delivered to wrong people . Then they said they are remaking the food and will deliver it . By 10 on they said mr order is canceled. Their driver is unresponsive and they hope that I have a great day ….
