Bite Squad

I would give zero if I could. I used these yahoos last year, but they screwed me over so many times I gave up. Today was my birthday, so I decided to treat myself. I ordered from a nearby Mexican restaurant at 7:10. It is now 9:34. No food, no answer from Customer Service after trying for over an hour...no response whatsoever! I checked the tracker again, & it showed delivered. I called the restaurant & was told my order was ready nearly TWO HOURS AGO & is still sitting on the counter! Now my evening has been ruined & I have a credit card charge to dispute. I despise this delivery service, & I will blast them out on every forum possible. Incompetent yahoos!

We have ordered twice in the last few days due to a remodel at our home and both experiences were excellent. Food was great, service was fast, app was easy to use. Tried to use a competitor twice and neither time did it work but both Bite Squad orders have been great. Both orders delivered faster than estimated time. Both were local restaurants we had never tried before so glad to support small businesses.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. First, our order was due at 7:29 pm and 8:26 pm I tried to contact them about our order and there was no way to contact anyone. I finally discovered at around 8:45 pm they canceled our order with no notifications at all. Do not use them if you want food.

Great sushi and delivery time.

Usually arrives by the time estimated. Had a couple of problems with food arriving much later than expected but it was eventually remedied.

Food arrived earlier then expected and was fresh and delicious. Part of our order was fried and I was shocked that it was also good. Driver was polite and quick.

I ordered a pizza through Jets Pizza and they said it was delivered but I NEVER received it. I tried to reach out to them for a refund but there is no phone # to contact and they did not respond to live chat or email. $32.97 down the drain!!!! I will never order through them again!!!!

Fast and on time

My driver was friendly & polite. However, she did not wear a face covering nor did she deliver my food in a hot bag,

Gennifer was an amazing driver. She sent a text when she arrived at the restaurant, letting me know that she picked up my order & was on her way. She arrived a few minutes early & made sure that I received my order before she left. I wish all delivery drivers were like Gennifer. Thank you for providing great delivery service.
