My overall experience is 4 out of 5 but today’s experience was definitely 5 out of 5. Why is that? Because the driver ACTUALLY READ my delivery instructions. I live in a townhouse complex and up until last week, there wasn’t any large display for the house numbers and it is very confusing for anyone who doesn’t live in this complex because the numbers are all over the place (even I don’t know the numbers outside of my own cul-de-sac) so the drivers go all over the place within the complex especially when they’re GPS is confusing them, and that’s not their fault but due to that, on the delivery instructions, I put EXACTLY where to go when entering the complex from the main street so the driver will know exactly where to go to help reduce any confusion and out of the maybe 6 or so times I’ve done bitesquad, today’s driver was the ONLY ONE who followed instructions, he even thanked me for putting the instructions and I thanked him for actually taking the time to read the delivery instructions. All the drivers I had were nice but this guy was not only nice, he was really cool and smart.

Order $32 worth of food and total ends up being 63 dollars, 20 of which are 'fees that don't go to that driver. So to recap, its a company that screws it customers, restaurants, and its drivers. Don't use.

Jonathan's delivery was early and perfect. The food delivered though was a disappointment. 1st and last time for this restaurant.

My order is wrong more times than it's right and it's a hassle getting a refund. When you're being overcharged anyway. Highly unrecommended.

The driver was great but the food was awful! This was the first time we tried this restaurant and they did not sent the appetizer, shakes, or desserts. Then the chips were with the chicken and were stale and soggy.

On time delivery

The order never showed up and then I tried to “chat” with a customer rep and it kept timing out ‘due to inactivity’ because no one in customer service ever showed up. I spent over $100 for some one else to eat my food I guess 🤷‍♀️Then waited “hangry” for anyone to help. And now I’m more than two hours past when the meal was supposed to be delivered and still no contact or resolution.

Ordered the ultimate cheeseburger and fries with cheese curds to share. It's all AMAZING!!! The flavor of the burger with their secret sauce WOW!!! The cheese curds are the BEST!!! Will be making The Red Cow one of my top 5!!!

We've had some issues in the past with slow deliveries, most of which were due to the restaurant and Bite Squad always made it right, but tonight's order was crazy fast! Keep up the good work guys and we'll keep ordering!
