Bite Squad

Food was delivered on time and hot. Restaurnt forgot my miso soup and salad in bento box and salmon was well done and tasteless. So disappointed with Yamato steakhouse in Bay St. Louis as they are expensive and for the price the portions are small and food overcooked. The shrimp tempura and calamari appetizers were good and still warm which I expected to be cold! Overall I would probably order again from them especially with the fast delivery from BITESQUAD

Third time they took my money and never brought my food. I'm deleting this app and sticking with door dash. At least they show up!

Amazing customer service. My bank does service fraud which stalled the process once and thought it charged me twice, but all was good and Bite Squad has always delivered on time and food fresh and hot for us thus far.

Did a good job

Placed an order for pickup, entered in all of my information, placed order, got confirmation, closed my computer. Opened it again in an hour, found an email that said I had to SEND AN EMAIL within 20 MINUTES with a PHOTO of my ID and CREDIT CARD or they would cancel the order. By the time I saw the email, my order was cancelled. Customer service said it was for "my protection for fraud". Won't use their business again and will tell restaurant to consider someone else.

Ever since they updated their customer service app the response has been exceedingly slow. Also they don’t always honor their coupons. I had an offer for free delivery from a restaurant for 4.99 but they only took one dollar off. Also if you make special request like brown rice instead of white rice and the restaurant mess it up they will only refund you for the listed items not the special request. Their response time on customer service chat time is one of the worst.

We both ordered the Supreme Sampler from Captain D's. We requested 4 sauces, and received NO sauces. We also did not receive crab - we received what looked and tasted like fried chicken fingers. It was NOT the best Bite Squad experience.

The driver was fabulous. I got my food in the time expected. All of the order items were delivered.
