Drivers: Read the delivery instructions
My overall experience is 4 out of 5 but today’s experience was definitely 5 out of 5. Why is that? Because the driver ACTUALLY READ my delivery instructions. I live in a townhouse complex and up until last week, there wasn’t any large display for the house numbers and it is very confusing for anyone who doesn’t live in this complex because the numbers are all over the place (even I don’t know the numbers outside of my own cul-de-sac) so the drivers go all over the place within the complex especially when they’re GPS is confusing them, and that’s not their fault but due to that, on the delivery instructions, I put EXACTLY where to go when entering the complex from the main street so the driver will know exactly where to go to help reduce any confusion and out of the maybe 6 or so times I’ve done bitesquad, today’s driver was the ONLY ONE who followed instructions, he even thanked me for putting the instructions and I thanked him for actually taking the time to read the delivery instructions. All the drivers I had were nice but this guy was not only nice, he was really cool and smart.
