The food was great and the delivery driver was fantastic!!!!
I use bite squad quite often. Only one time , I had an issue with the order being delivered really late but I do feel it was because of the restaurant delaying my order. I notified by squad and they were very responsive and credited my account which I thought was excellent customer service. I will continue to use Bite Squad . It is refreshing to know that if you do have a problem , bite squad will work with you to get it corrected. My opinion: it’s a win-win you can’t go wrong with Bite squad.
Absolutely disappointing. I ordered my lunch a day ahead, it was scheduled for delivery at 1:10. It never arrived. I called the restaurant and they apologized said it was waiting for pickup. I finally got someone to respond from bite squad. She said that an emergency happened with my driver. Had I not got in touch with them, I firmly believe that my order would have never arrived. It was delivered at 2:30. I will never ever ever use them again. Very disappointed. I believe they should have made this right. I love the restaurant that I order from. But bite squad had lost my business forever
Driver was very nice. However, I wasn’t thrilled with Hobbit sending 3 containers of wings with the juice leaking out all into the bag which was a total mess!!!!!!! The restaurant could have put the wings into a clean container and new bags and double bagged them. It was a MESS to say the least!
The young lady that brought my food to me was Very Nice and Polite. She was totally awesome. My food was perfect and no problems.
Evelyn was very sweet. She presented herself with professionalism and happiness while maintaining safety protocols. My family and I appreciate her.
The driver was great. Had to come in all that rain. It was raining cats and dogs. The food was still nice and warm. The driver dis get a little lost but that was not unusual for where my apartment is located in the complex.
50% of the time I get Great Hot Fresh food. But i notice that the drivers are stopping by to pick up food for different orders after they have already picked up my food, so my food is sitting in the car while they PICK up a 2nd Customers food then i may or may not get my food 1st. I don't like that. I am paying a lot of money and spending money almost DAILY sometimes several times a day and I think i should get my FOOD FRESH FAST & IT SHOULD BE HOT. I also give out a lot of TIPS I go above and beyond. So to me I should be getting my FOOD shortly after it's made. I should not have to wait for the DRIVER to pick up another CUSTOMERS FOOD and then decide who get's their food first. To me it should be ONE ORDER AT A TIME. Not multiple orders for several customers. I get it you need to make more money but you are SACRIFICING QUALITY and FRESHNESS and HOT FOOD for this idea that will cause you to END relationships with your customers. I have been using UBER EATS & DOOR DASH and they are not doing this to me. I do appreciate the refunds BITESQUAD does give me when the food is late or not hot. But I WANT FRESH FOOD I don't want refunds or credits. that gets really old. FRESH FOOD matters to people. Especially when you are ordering a STEAK or HAMBURGERS. Mostly my BUNS on the burgers are SOAKED WITH JUICES until the BUNS are no good and fall apart. I am also wanting to just go after my OWN food like i did before. Now Bite Squad has Caught on to something. When I go to complain now it does not take you to a LIVE AGENT. Instead they are sending you to a LEAVE US A MESSAGE and we will get back to you. This keeps them from having to GIVE out REFUNDS or CREDITS now. And I am sure there is a reason they are doing this. TO STOP ALL THIS CRAZY STUFF the BUSINESS or the DRIVER NEEDS TO INSPECT TO MAKE SURE ALL PRODUCTS ARE IN THE BAGS AND TAKE PHOTOS. I have missing items all the time. It makes me so angry when I am EXPECTING a BURGER MEAL with FRIES but I only GET A BURGER with NO FRIES. That is crazy and stupid and It makes me very very ANGRY. GET IT RIGHT BITE SQUAD. WE ARE SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY AND TIPS are getting expensive and if i am going to SHELL OUT TIPS 20% 30% then I better get every thing I order and I better get it fast and it' needs to be FRESH. I do not want to wait for the DRIVER to SIT AT ANOTHER BUSINESS with my FOOD in the back seat while they go get another order for a different customer and then PRAY i get my FOOD FIRST. I can see when the DRIVERS are STOPPING. And They don't always bring me my food 1st even though MY ORDER was picked up 1st. This is not a good way to do BUSINESS. I cannot wait for DRONES to start bringing me my FOOD DRONES will put you out of BUSINESS unless you get into the DRONE BUSINESS that's COMING very very soon. It's already in the works in some CITY'S
I had a new hire training class tonight. I set up the order to be delivered at the time we'd be taking our dinner break and our food was here on time and in time for our break. Absolutely convenient. Love it.

Delivery person was great. I would use you more but your service is way too expensive! A $15 order comes out to $30 or $35 in fees and minimal tip. Too bad!
Bitesquad is a SCAM. I advise not ordering from here and especially not driving. I have been charged $10 a month, which allegedly was the “bitesquad unlimited” however, I never signed up for it or had the option of “free delivery.” I drove for less than a month, and I reached out to multiple people and support dozens of times. I never once got a response besides when I acted like I had just begun driving and had questions. No one ever responded until my MOM got involved and started to complain and then all of a sudden they were “helpful.” They “canceled” the “unlimited”, yet I never signed up for a membership and I am still being charged after a man emailed me and told me that it had been canceled. Overall, this place is a scam and will drain you dry of your money. Beware, because NO ONE will respond to you or offer you any help upon canceling charges.
My Roast Duck Wor Men & Salted Duck Egg was soon GOOD. I APPRECIATED how Golden Duck packed my noodles and duck SEPARATE from the HOT broth.

This 5 Star review is for Bite Squad and my delivery driver, "B". Not only do I appreciate Bite Squad calling me to let me know the restaurant, Corner Bar and Grill, was delayed in making my order, but my delivery driver gets all my thanks. "B" ended up having to wait at Corner Bar to pick up my order, for about an hour. I would give "B" 10 stars if it was an option. As for Corner Bar & Grill, I would hope Bite Squad removes them as an option. I received a hand written note blaming Bite Squad for their food not being done well (and other things in this note). I will continue to use Bite Squad, and hope for another delivery from the lovely "B", but Corner Bar has forever lost my business. And after I let my LGBT+ community become aware of their practices, and not so welcome "love note", I would hope other delivery services remove them as well. The food was okay and it was messy. They crammed everything in a small container, should have made the salad in a separate container then it would have looked & tasted better.
