Good came fast and hot! Great service. Food was great.

They are always on time, sometimes even early 😊 if the order has an issue, they will issue a credit to compensate. Much better than any other service out there!!!

Micalisters is a new restaurant in town and this is the first time ordering from them!! Food was awsome. And of course the delivery was the best as always!! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Not only was Karina R. polite and courteous, my little dog ran out without me knowing and she went after him and brought him back to the house. Love Bite Squad, and they have the BEST drivers :)

I accidentally gave the wrong address and the deliverer was willing to go back and retrieve our order and deliver it to us. We were really busy and I definitely appreciated the kindest she showed to us

I ordered small fries and 5 wings from a place 1 mile away at 5:53p. It is 7:47p and they have been "verifying" my order since 7:17p. The chat feature takes so long to respond, they might as well have live people to call, it would save time and makes more sense. I ordered food so I could eat, not so I could waste time on a computer waiting for hours for food.

Thank you for reaching out to my review about the fraudulent charges that went to my bank card, I got an email that I will receive a refund I'm praying the 2 charges will be back on my card

My driver was friendly however she did not bring ketchup with my order like I asked. Also I ordered Zaxbys big zax snak and the sauce I requested was not given. To top it off, the restaurant didn’t have two desserts that I wanted so I had to get a credit on my bite squad account.

Great timing and the delivery driver was friendly and professional. Bite squad - the new subdivision Greystone Hills in Ocala, FL will not show up under addresses. I’ve tried several times to register our new home address on Google but it won’t work. You may want to contact google, as you have a sign outside our new neighborhood and nobody in here can order. I got around it by adding my address in the delivery comment section.

Bite squad cancelled my order after an hour of waiting. I contacted customer service and they were rude and combative. You won't catch me using bite squad again.
