My driver, Marcus, was absolutely darling! So polite and on point!!

Our driver was amazing and professional. Went above and beyond to fix one of our mistakes.

I used Bite Squad occasionally when I feel like something different. The choices of restaurants are very extensive. Drivers are always kind and on time.

Our driver was prompt and friendly. Food very high quality.

The food was delivered fast and was still hot/fresh. The delivery driver was the sweetest lady ever and very polite. 10/10 recommend!!

Ordered a nice big mexican meal for my family who had been working really hard in the heat all day. Bite Squad picked up the food per the restaurant (I had to call) and the driver just never arrived. 1.5 hours after the original delivery time the software still hadn't updated. Bite Squad said they couldn't reach the driver- and the refund of my money would take 5 days.

Steven is always prompt. The food is still fresh and the drinks are cold. When Steven delivers our meal feels like we got it straight from the restaurant wait staff!

Great driver, we arrived at my building at the same time and I had an armful of plants and he picked it up for me which was super helpful. The food was terrific too!

have had nothing but good experiences with bite squad. none of that getting food late because they are making other deliveries on their way to you with your food nonsense you have with other companies. and if the restaurant messes up your order, bite squad has your back.

After placing the order the food arrived on time and hot. The delivery driver was terrific and wanted to make sure that my experience with BiteSquad was top notch. I will never use another delivery service

Bite squad is always on time and most of the time they are early which I love because I’m so hungry. The order is always accurate, the food is always warm the delivery person is friendly and polite. I love Bite Squad.

Didn’t notify me when the restaurant didn’t have what I wanted. Driver arrives and my entree is missing. Leaving me with no dinner. Have never been impressed with the BiteSquad customer service- the reply was “well this can happen when the restaurant is busy” “ you can wait about 5 days to get the money back for the food that was never delivered” Drivers always pleasant and kind but their processes and customer service are severely lacking.

Food was great & delivery arrived early.

Food never showed but site tracking said it was delivered. When I contacted the company they admitted the order went to the wrong driver and that they'd canceled the order with a refund pending. They claimed an attempt to call was made. No attempt shows in my cell phone history.
