Best food delivery service Service is great,fast,polite,customer service is awesome

Not impressed with the food. BUT that being said, I know that Bite Squad has nothing to do with the preparation, or anything to do with the the actual food. So when it comes to the delivery, it was quickly delivered, and very hot. I was VERY busy when she showed up. I work emergency animal medicine and had a very serious emergency when she showed up. Our receptionist’s were crazy busy too! She was so calm and kept a smile on her face while she was waiting to leave the food. Such fast service, hot food, and a great personality!

Delivery was fast, friendly, and the food was hot. What else could you ask for. Always a pleasure.

Great experience with BiteSquad delivery and with the meal from Tacos Queen. The best carnitas we have ever had, and we've had plenty!

My delivery was fast and the driver was very polite. Bite Squad even called to tell me the restaurant was out of something so that I could make another choice. And the delivery was still fast! I definitely recommend them.

Black beans and rice dish is excellent. Delish!! Delivery was quick, easy and convenient for a day when I'm without wheels.

It is great to have the service. What I find fault with is the way they charge the fees. The fee $4.99 maybe a little higher for more distant restaurants. What I find deceptive is the additional fee listed apart from the delivery fee. Sometime it is added in with the tax snd others listed as a service fee. On my last order total fees were over $8.00. Not a large issue but if you want to make $8.00 or $10.00 be up front and honest!! Bad business practice.

My steak was not edible. I gave it to the dog and he wouldn't even finish it which is most unusual.

Driver followed my instructions to the Tee. She even said I appreciate you once I walked out to get my food, it was no contact. My sandwich was still warm so great job!

Tried to order from J.R. Cash but app. said item wasn’t available. Called restaurant and was told they were too busy to take the orders so they turned the Bite Squad app. off. Ended up ordering from Urban Cookhouse and had to contact Bite Squad again for a promo code. Here’s a tip: promo codes only work once even if you start order over. Urban Cookhouse does a great job but they didn’t read the notes. I asked for no red onions as they make me sick. So I got red onions. I would ask please read the notes. Otherwise it was delicious.

Food and delivery were spot on! Excellent service from ordering to the delivery!

Busy holiday weekend so driver was stretched a bit thin - still was VERY pleasant and, while my order took a little longer, all food was perfect :-)

Being in a beach community with only two bridges to get here is tough on its own but having to get food delivered is super tough. Antonia used my directions and got here fine! We appreciate her coming and feeding some hungry beach parking attendants!
