What a horrible platform to work for. Super unorganized and when orders exceed wait time they do not credit you whatsoever. So in total you can waste an hour of your time attempting to make money off this platform just for them to screw you. Will not use again.

Wonderful! I order frequently and from a variety of restaurants. Vero Beach, Florida is a friendly little town and this company reflects it well. Friendly, respectful drivers give contact-free delivery - Setting orders where I request. Orders are correct, delivered hot, and I like the restaurant choices for delicious meals. They have many excellent indie local places and chains too. ❤️

London delivered our food and DANG was he QUICK. Our food was still hot, no reheating required. Thank you London in Venice, FL! Ale House was amazing, it was our first time ordering from them. I have Celiac so I was a little nervous but so far all good!

Robert was excellent! He shared that I was his very first order! This was the best Bite Squad experience I have ever had! My food was hot and delivered within the estimated time frame noted upon placing my order. I hope I get him again the next time I order at home.

My order was sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour. No one (as usual) was responding to the customer support feature on the app, so I had to dig around online to find their restaurant hotline which I was on hold on for over ten minutes. The person there blamed it on a tech glitch (even though waiting for an obscene amount of time after the delivery due time and not getting any response from the app customer support is completely routine), and told me that I would have to call back (wasting more of my time) when I got the once-hot food and drink delivered which is surely ice cold by now. UNACCEPTABLE, and she wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. This is no tech glitch. They habitually have late or wrong orders and then give customers no easy recourse to get the issue(s) fixed. I will not be using them ever again, and I'm calling out the people on the restaurant line for taking no responsibility for or apologizing for the lack of "customer support" on the app.

Once again my order was incomplete. Seems every time I order something is either missing or substituted because they were out. Offering a credit only ensures I order again and gives them an interest free loan.
