Perfect timing. Food was hot. My only suggestion would be to avoid going through down town. Sometimes the train is blocking and the drivers have to back track and try to re adjust the GPS. Stay on Kell until the loop. the loop takes you just about to Beacon
I’ve had 2 orders that were messed up in the past 2 days. The current order was $75 and 50% of the order was missing. I personally contacted the restaurant for the bitesquad customer service representative and got the phone number for contacting them. The bitesquad customer service representative would not contact the restaurant in order to have this issue fixed. Instead I was refunded $25 on an order that was $75. Do not use bitesquad.
$16.00 FOOD ORDER. $4.00 mandatory tip (25% for delivery?!) $4.99 "booking" fee? $3.57 in "other" fees That's 78% more than the food cost for fees and tip. TOTAL RIP-OFF SCOUNDRELS!

The food is amazing but today’s service was atrocious. The person who delivered my food was supposed to follow directions and come upstairs. I have two bad hips and my feet are swollen. Half the time I’m in my wheelchair, I can’t walk so what is wrong with your legs that you can’t walk up to my door? Instead of following directions this person decided to leave my food at the security desk with no security and a lot of strange people walk in and out of this apartment building. How unprofessional and rude. The instructions says to come upstairs and leave it at my door not leave it at the empty security desk. DoorDash does this stupid mess I really thought that bite squad was going to be better. I guess I was 😑 wrong, I can imagine if I worked for this company as a CEO that person would have been retrained or fired. You do not leave someone’s food downstairs and don’t even care about who gets it! Do better!

The Ap wasn't tracking correctly so I couldn't tell if I had a driver or not it also seemed to take a little long on getting picked up. but once picked up it was fast
Edit: This last experience was great. The food was correct. All there and the driver was fast and perfect. Here is a review that will conveniently not get posted. :) Bite squad literally ALWAYS messes up our orders. Like at ZERO point there ANY protocol to check a receipt and see the order and go “ check. Check. It’s all there” OR deliver a giant meal and even glance at the names on an order to see if it’s the correct address. It’s basic steps and honestly every time it’s an issue. Something is missing. It’s someone else’s order completely. Half the order is missing…. You name it. It’s not their fault. It’s the restaurant. It’s not the restaurant…. bite squad grabbed the wrong order. Boom you are out $50 So you know. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
wow i cannot believe this. my order was never delivered. the driver was awful. she called me and said “your mom was going to pick up the order”. i said “my mom?” and she said yes and i said my name and she was like oh you sound like a little girl! super rude. then she told me her maps don’t work and i “need” to give her directions. i didn’t even know where she was??? she sounded super stressed on the phone which made me stressed. then she came by and yelled my name and then left. i came outside and didn’t see anything. she left with my order and then the phone number wasn’t working. bite squad customer service isn’t good. they send you automated responses but make it seem like you’re talking to a real person. they take 10 years to reply to you and they don’t even have a phone number you can call. postmates is SO much better. at least they have a number. i will never order from bite squad again.

While I have had issues with bite squad and other restaurants but this combo always seems to work well for us. Tonight the food was hot, the order was correct and it was delivered earlier than the estimated time given on the original order.
Every single time I have ever used Bite squad something was missing or wrong. This last time it notified me that my driver has picked up my order and on the way. I kept eye on the tracker to make sure I was able to get my food as soon as delivered. I witnessed the driver pick up my $71 order from a local Japanese restaurant, then drive to Chick-fil-A and sit in the Chick-fil-A parking lot for over an hour before heading to my house. When you pay UP FRONT the choice in addition to your payment says.... ( change and/ or tip) when I ordered I put $10 in that option. When my driver FINALLY ARRIVED she was in a car with 4 people, my food was on some guys lap in the back seat and after he tied the top of the bag she grabbed it and got out. As she tried to hand me this EXTREMELY LATE ORDER I told her that I would like my tip back for $10 she said no, I said the option says change or tip and obviously my $71 Japanese order sitting somewhere for over an hour would be cold and I no longer wish to leave a $10 tip.... She said F you BIT*H and threw my food on the ground. Her little homies in the back seat threatened me. Ofcourse I was unable to eat anything from my $71 order. I emailed, called and live chat Bite Squad my money was NEVER RETURNED, my food was NEVER REPLACED , and ofcourse the POS driver NEVER FACED ANY consequences. HER NAME WAS ANNA-MARIE. I have dealt with a lot from Bite squad, but I refuse to let them continue to steel my money and abuse me in this way. Someone will eventually end up pressing charges....NO DOUBT!!!! Worst company EVER!!!!!!!! GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY THIEVES THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!!
Their food is very good, but the last 3 orders were wrong! This was their last time, but my food arrived hot, CORRECT, and delicious. Thank you MC and to Bite Squad for their excellent customer service ,
