Bite Squad

Sonic on Rodney Parham did it all perfectly. Food was nice and hot, and Velvet, the delivery driver, was great and very friendly!

The good was great. Jean is always nice. And the food arrived early.

Jersey Mikes. The Food was good, and on time. The driver was pleasant and courteous.

We ordered Japanese. The delivery driver was very courteous and even apologize because their was a train. She actually was early.

This is only the second time I’ve used Bite Squad in a year, and it’s as great as I remember it! I’m very thankful for having this service and the delivery people are excellent!

My delivery was awesome and smooth

Ordered from a local okazuya restaurant. The restaurant did not have a few items. Someone from Bite Squad called me twice, once for letting me know that a few items were not available and to check if I wanted anything in replacement of the missing items, and second, to inform me that my order was going to be slightly delayed. Excellent service on their part. The driver was prompt, and courteous, and followed my special instructions. I highly recommend Bite Squad!

The food was very tasty and was delivered when expected! Will order again in the near future thank you Perkins & Bite Squad for a order well done!

My delivery was wonderful, but my dinner had a mistake. Cracker Barrel didn't check it well. Instead of green beans I received turnip greens. My daughter wasn't happy with it. Other than that the food was good.

Food is always great from Gina’s but Eric (driver) went above and beyond. I was running late home after I ordered food and Eric went out of his way to meet me where I was. He’s a great guy and deserves beautiful things in life. Aloha.

Vesuvios is always delicious.

It took 2 drivers 2 hours to get me my order. (I live 15 mins from the restaurant.) I called 1st driver and they admitted they delivered to the wrongs address. They said, "Oops! My bad." I replied, "Well what am I supposed to do now?" Their response was, "I guess you nees to call bite squad." Then he hung up the phone on me. So, I get on the customer service chat and waste time with a customer service rep who cannot correctly answer simple questions. Through the conversation the CSR contradicted themselves, wouldnt answer simple questions, and kept being dismissive. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Instead they reordered the food (which when I asked if they reordered the food the CSR said no reorder was made.) The food arrived FINALLY, but I was missing a side item I paid for and the dipping sauces were incorrect. I was told that I do not get a refund either. This was my very first and very last experience with bite squad. Deplorable!

Order was easy to place on the site; received my order on time, order came nicely packaged & food was nicely presented & wrapped. My main course, salad & dessert were wonderful.
