No more Bite Squad. Food takes hours and arrives cold. They have no drivers. Don't offer a service if you can't actually provide it.

Bite Squad used to be ok, but my past couple of orders have all been very late (30 min to 1 hr) and the food arrives cold and gross. By the time you realize your food is going to be super late, they don’t let you cancel and/or refund. The most any of the multiple customer service agents I’ve had to go through every time was offer a $5 credit. Not good enough. GrubHub is WAY better.

Bite Squad was great. Because it was so late, I thought they might have trouble but they did not mention to me if they did. the hand off was perfect. This was from Jersey Mikes and they made my sandwich i loved it. I have never had their cold Roast beef it was very good. I will use Bite Squad again

Love it! We were quarantined in Hawaii and using bitesquad to get food was easy peasy. So many choices of restaurants who deliver in Honolulu. They taste good and was fast. So after about 7 hours flight despite all the hassle, bite squad food delivery’s awesome! Fast delivery and excellent communication.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They accept no responsibility when their driver's screw up. (Get lost, are late to pick up food, food is wrong or cold when delivered, etc.) The most they will do is give you a $5 credit which does nothing.

This was my 1st time eating here. It wasn't a bad experience,but the grease definitely needs to be changed. Other than that good portions and seasoned well. I'll give them another try.

Our food was cold. Also suppose to be a large cheese dip added but there wasn't. Ella DeJesus said she added it. This was from El Acupulco Restaurant.
