We order from Bite Squad on a weekly basis for our staff. They are always on time and very helpful.

Alachua sports pub is amazing!! The burger was possibly the best I have ever had from a restaurant. Time of delivery was great as well. Had my food in 30 min.

The driver found my place very quickly and efficiently. The only problem was that the lid on the cup with the pickled beets wasn’t closed flush, and the pickling fluid spilled on the inside of the paper sack.

Customer service, beginning with the driver, is top notch.

Everything was really good except for the medium wings didn’t have any sauce on them & the extra sauce on the side was really spicy

I ordered at around 8:30 pm food showed up at around 10:30 pm not terrible except the food was wrong and super cold...after a little investigation, my food was picked up at 6:30 pm (confirmed by the restaurant and receipt)...how is this possible? I hadn’t even ordered yet. It turns out the receipt was a door dash order that he picked up at 6:30 ...so the driver drops off 4 hour old food that made me sick and bitesquad thinks 5 dollars will make me go away. I GOT SICK FROM YOUR ERROR AND 5 WHOLE DOLLARS IS YOUR SOLUTION.

No tarter sauce and the food was no good the driver was nice

We have used Bite squad out of necessity since the pandemic began. This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever encountered in my over 30 years in the hospitality and food service industry. We have had repeated bad service, late or no delivery and even though I have asked many times have never spoken to a live person. The corporate office is hiding somewhere under a rock and does not EVER care about service. We have been lied to, have had our food tainted by disgruntled drivers, been ignored and been poorly treated because they know we needed them. We live in Arkansas, and this is the worst!

The service and options on bite squad are amazing and the driver we were assigned went out of his way to make everything perfect. Thanks for the two lemonades!😉

Best experience since I started using you guys. Delivered 10 minutes sooner than the fastest time estimated. My food was still nice and hot, my order was exactly right and included all extras I needed. I don’t remember the delivery guy’s name but I hope y’all have a record of it because he deserves a raise 😃
