Not a "tech glitch"; just bad customer service

My order was sitting at the restaurant for well over an hour. No one (as usual) was responding to the customer support feature on the app, so I had to dig around online to find their restaurant hotline which I was on hold on for over ten minutes. The person there blamed it on a tech glitch (even though waiting for an obscene amount of time after the delivery due time and not getting any response from the app customer support is completely routine), and told me that I would have to call back (wasting more of my time) when I got the once-hot food and drink delivered which is surely ice cold by now. UNACCEPTABLE, and she wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. This is no tech glitch. They habitually have late or wrong orders and then give customers no easy recourse to get the issue(s) fixed. I will not be using them ever again, and I'm calling out the people on the restaurant line for taking no responsibility for or apologizing for the lack of "customer support" on the app.
