Bite Squad

Bite Squad's contact and refund policies are complete trash. No phone number to reach out to. Live chat support is a worthless joke as they try to end the chat before you can reply, ask question that you just answered 3 replies prior. Refund policy is comical, $4.22 credit to my Bite Squad account on a $27 order that was half messed up/missing. Like I will trust you again and use that $4.22 credit, but that is what Bite Squad is hoping will happen so they never have to pay back a nickel on their lousy, ethical lacking business. Last year several of my orders through Bite Squad were always missing something and support was terrible, so I stopped using you. Tried again this time because I must be some glutton for punishment.

Everytime l order from bite squad my food is late like 2 hours late l tried to cancel my order they wouldn’t let me after 2 hours waiting on my food the food is not even sealed like Uber eats so l can assure my food hasn’t been tampered with just really poor customer service

I want to thank John for following the instructions that were given and appreciate that the food was not cold as there have been instances where the driver's don't follow the instructions and the food was cold and unappetizing.

Friendly driver arrived early, food was good and hot. What more could you ask for?

Delivery time kept getting pushed out and your gps online makes it look a lot worse than it will actually be??? My order was half an hour late but the gps made it looks like we’ll over an hour The delivery driver said he gets comments about this all the time

The driver was wonderful when he finally arrived. It took over 45 minutes to get two drinks. I even increased the tip for the small order.

Pig & Chick is always an excellent choice. The driver wasted no time getting my order picked up and to my door. Food was hot when I got it. Good job everyone.

Driver was great, but Bite Squad, not so great! I tried to use a promo code that I had received in an email, and the system stated that it had already been used. If you look at my history, you will see that I have not ordered in quite some time, so it was not used! If you are not going to honor a promo code, do not offer them!

The driver was on time and very pleasant and polite. He did a great job.

Driver Michael was spectacular! Food was delivered before expected time and was hot! When I opened door he greeted me with the biggest smile wearing his green Bite Squad hat. What a polite genuine gentleman! You can tell he takes pride in his work. Great customer service. Bite Squad is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

My Driver, Paulette, was considerate and stayed in constant communication with me. She was personable and kind and addressed me by name. She told me to have a “blessed day.” I appreciated her very much.

My order came fast and was pleased that most of my problems were addrest but still have missing restaurants that i usually from not in selection...

It was easy to order, my food arrived on time, and was so delicious!! The driver was very friendly and courteous!! Definitely doing this again!!!

I love ordering food from bite squad but I wish they had more restaurants on here for my hometown of Trumann,Arkansas.
