Food is late, the tracker does not update, and customer service is not respond

Very good, great service and food was fresh !! The delivery girl was very nice and friendly!

Speed of delivery varies. The food quality from Little Italy on Ambler has been great. Love the pizza and the spaghetti.

Food came quickly, despite a horrible thunderstorm..nice and hot, too. Did not see the driver, but whoever it was, did a good job! The burgers were great, too!

Good delivery time for a Saturday on the Northside!

We had Bob Evans for lunch today The restaurant is about 12 miles away. Driver brought our lunch and was very friendly and courteous. I am sorry I did not get his name but he is a great employee. Food still hot and we enjoyed it. Thanks

Driver Amber G. is THE BEST! She’s been delivering my orders since April & she always keeps informed of when she picks up my order, when she is on the way, any traffic delays, etc. Excellent communication!!! My food is always packed well, never leaking, always handled with care & arrives hot! Thank you Amber!

I had a fraudulent charge on my account. I was told that I would receive a refund from them and never got it. I have everything documented and was lied to consistently. It's been well over a week and they don't seem to want to help anymore. They said they stopped doing refunds on their end on the 23th of July, but promised me they would have a refund for me. Terrible service.

For the last 10 orders or so I have had the same issues with over delayed orders. I pay almost 40% in the taxes and fees and still get my orders late constantly. I think that’s a bit ridiculous.

Drivers are very good. Dispatch, on the other hand, has caused many issues delaying or even cancelling orders multiple times and always blaming the restaurants. Mistakes are expected and forgiving, but honesty should be an important priority with customer relations.

Ordered from Cocina Latina. Bitesquad driver arrived early, full smiles and very polite. Bitesquad did a fantastic job. However, Cocina Latina was below par. My shrimp entree had one singular shrimp and the chimichanga was more comparable to a soggy burrito. I will continue to use Bitesquad but will avoid Cocina Latina until further notice.

Going on three years now thanks to Covid. Worth every dime.

Never once had an issue since I started using them. Always on time or early. Even if they were ever late it wouldn't be an issue cause I don't get a lunch break, so I just eat in between customers

Terrible place to work. You drive miles to deliver only to be met by a dog. Most of the people that order from them leave there dog out loose to rome. Avoid this place not worth your gas or are you a dog catcher
