My very first and very last order...
It took 2 drivers 2 hours to get me my order. (I live 15 mins from the restaurant.) I called 1st driver and they admitted they delivered to the wrongs address. They said, "Oops! My bad." I replied, "Well what am I supposed to do now?" Their response was, "I guess you nees to call bite squad." Then he hung up the phone on me. So, I get on the customer service chat and waste time with a customer service rep who cannot correctly answer simple questions. Through the conversation the CSR contradicted themselves, wouldnt answer simple questions, and kept being dismissive. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Instead they reordered the food (which when I asked if they reordered the food the CSR said no reorder was made.) The food arrived FINALLY, but I was missing a side item I paid for and the dipping sauces were incorrect. I was told that I do not get a refund either. This was my very first and very last experience with bite squad. Deplorable!
