Absolutely awful! The food we ordered was great, but the restaurant had a receipt in the bag with the actual cost of the food and Bite Squad had doubled the price. I understand they add fees, they need to make a profit and they are providing a convenience but doubling the price of the food is crazy. They already charge service fees and delivery fees, which Bite Squad keeps, we tip the driver, so when they double the price of each entree who gets that money? I am sure they aren't sharing it with the restaurant or the driver. That's a lot of money to charge considering someone else is actually providing the product.

DO NOT USE BITESQUAD!!!! Worst customer service ever!! I was at a friends house instead of my permanent address, I accidentally entered the wrong street address on my order. I realized my mistake when the driver arrived at the wrong address (two houses down). The neighbors refused the order (even though I put in the driver notes to leave it at the door, so she should have never even rang the door bell to have a conversation with them). I walked outside and actually saw her driving off! I immediately contacted Bitesquad, hoping they could call the driver and tell her to turn around. The driver also had my phone number and did not try to call or text me to figure out the mistake! Bitesqaud responded quickly and told me the food will not be returned and I will not receive a refund, IT WAS $56.00!!!! Couldnt beleive they were so ridged, It was a clerical error that could have been easily corrected with just a phone call. I will make sure to write this review on every page/site possible. I have multiple friends who own restaurants and I will also let them know my experience with you.

We order through Bite Squad frequently but tonight’s service was the best thanks to our delivery driver, Tawneric. Fast, efficient and very professional Very courteous young man. Wish we could request him every time.

Crap. App literally ordered entirely incorrectly and this company would not fix it. Said I was on my own. Well your App was the issue, and I'll tell everyone from now on to order through any other co out there,, or just go get it on their own. Asshats

First of all, thank you for service during the pandemic. My husband and I take care of dad (my father-in-law) and it has been GREAT having the food delivered to us. I've been a member of Bite Squad (on and off) for the the past three years. The first 2.5 years were wonderful! Excellent! Perfect! However, the past six months have been terrible. The "excellence" (from Horst Schulze's book) in service has dropped. The "care" (from Richard Branson's book) in customer service has dropped. Whenever I'd order on the weekends, there would always be a problem. The F-team works the weekends, while the A-team works during the week. After talking to my husband, we decided to stop ordering from Bite Squad.

I am a driver please if you order throug bite squad give us cash tips we are not receiving are tips please and thank you it's the drivers who do all the work

My driver Bethany did a great job! She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I had requested two diet cokes and when the restaurant didn’t have them, she called and offered to stop and pick two up at the gas station. I was so impressed. She picked them up and still made it here in a timely fashion. I wish everyone was as friendly and helpful as Bethany. Great job!

Worst delivery service ever. Greater than 49 minute wait time. Upon calling the restaurant they said it happens all the time. Will never use them again!
