Bite Squad

I placed an order for lunch. It took Bite Squad over an hour to deliver the order to me. I’ve ordered from the restaurant before and never had a problem with them. Upon “chatting” with Mervin C. from Bite Squad, he told me that the driver picked up and delivered multiple orders at the same time that she was getting mine, and that was the cause for the delay. As soon as I asked for the order to be cancelled, the driver was suddenly there and they were unable to cancel the order. Worst delivery experience ever.

Sometimes my orders can take over an hour to arrive but this morning my food came within twenty minutes and was still hot

I have had a problem every time I place an order. This time I actually got to speak to a manager. His name was Jesse. He guaranteed me I would not have any more issues if I order again. He promised me that he would personally hold himself responsible if I do. So I tried one more time. No problems with the order for the first time

I am finished with food delivery services. The drivers are either stoned or just do not care. Ordered an expensive pizza meal for a football party only to have the entire order left at another house on a completely different street. How difficult can it be to follow Google maps??? Then had to deal with their chat service for help and the only help I could get was a refund. No I am sorry or anything additional as it was now 2 hours since the order was originally placed and no food. Good bye bite crud and food delivery service forever!

Food arrived quickly, order was accurate. Driver went to wrong door but was very nice. I probably will not be ordering again from Bite Squad purely because of those excessive fees. If you are going to charge $3.99 for Booking Fee, don't charge me an additional $5.66 for some unknown "fee."

This is the closest to real NYC style pizza I have ever had in MN. It’s legit. This is my new place!

Placed an order for dinner from my favorite local pizza place. When the driver arrived, he apologized for the fact that the restaurant was out of the Dr. Pepper 2 liter I'd ordered & explained that he wasn't sure what to do but hoped it was OK that he grabbed a 2liter of Coke. Greatly appreciated the fact that he grabbed what he knew was another popular soda instead of not bringing me a soda at all since that happened before with other food delivery services.

Food was great and the order updated to arrive earlier than expected. It was super easy to use the app and nice to get a discount use a coupon code received via email. We would do it again.

I have ordered catfish here twice now. It is delicious!

over charge $51.63 for two regular subs and a bag of chips from Jersey mikes. Bite Squad is blaming the restaurant. Such crap I will never ever use them again... Always blaming the driver or the restaurant.....

The last few times we’ve used the service the order has delivered very, very late. The drivers aren’t getting to the restaurants to pick up the food. Tonight we’re over an hour behind the estimated delivery time. This was my last order. If you want your food in a timely fashion, avoid bite squad.
