The driver was prompt and the food was delivered hot. She was courteous and polite.

Worst food delivery company. Door dash credits customers when the restaurant sends rotten food. Bite squad dismisses customers. DON’T use this service!!!!

Outstanding burger, cooked to perfection and made exactly as I specified. Haven’t tried the pie yet but they never disappoint. It’s my favorite burger place in town.

The food was very good and the driver was prompt with our order.

Terrible experience....said our order was delivered and when I called to find out what happened they said we forfeited our order when the driver couldn't find our house. Never had a phone call from the driver but bite squad could get us on the phone every time. Will never use the service again

Food was good, but I will continue to say that my experience with bite squad hasn't been good with extreme long deliveries (Covid aside) & food sometimes being cold. However, my #1 complaint is that they like most food delivery companies are nothing but rip offs. They take advantage of the disabled & senior citizens with their unrealistic mark up's My total cost on this order was $30,55 Food cost was only $16.16 not including tax. I have no issue in trying to make a profit, but they know they have a captive customer base & always try to justify their extra charges while refusing to take into account the cost of doing business. However, they are not alone. My over all experience with companies are terrible, with long time delivery issues & excessive up charges. How do you justify a !6.16 food order turning into 30.55 & they even suggested a higher tip

Driver read my comments and got here vs in the middle of a street with not my address (where google sends you). She was awesome!

Even with a heavy rain storm, the delivery man was prompt and efficient. The order he delivered was NOT wet. We were very happy with his service.

Exceptional authentic Greek meal. Don’t be turned away by the price - well worth the cost plus it’s nice to support a locally owed family business! You won’t be sorry!

Good service but to expensive.

The driver was very friendly and waited for me to come to the door. The food was hot and coming from The Bay, during Crusin, to Diamondhead, it was timely and great! Thank you Yamato and Bite. We'll use you all again and again! Queen Kathy

My order was made wrong and was cold to the touch so I contacted support. The customer service agent I talked to, Jam, was horrible. I was chatting with him for 40 minutes about my order that I did not eat because it was cold, made incorrectly, and missing ingredients. He continued to tell me to contact the actual restaurant to solve the issue even though I had been chatting with him for over 20 minutes at this point. I was just asking to be able to order something else since I did not eat my food and after 20 more minutes of discussion he offered me $5 for the inconvenience. Pretty pathetic. I’ll stick to DoorDash and you should too.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Bite Squad and will probably never use there services again. I got delivered my order without the family fries, talked to slim chickens they said they packed it, then I talk to the company and they say they can only give a credit back and not deliver the order correctly. I’m done with this company please guy don’t use this place anymore unless u want ur order wrong everytime. Oh and if ur talking to Roark give him a piece of my mind.

Terrible experience. Ordered food for my postpartum friend and husband. Order was NEVER delivered. However, driver marked as delivered and when he/she was contacted they did not answer. Will never order from bitesquad again

never heard of the app but it was great, quick and efficient, will use again, we dont have it Dallas where I live but i wanted to surprise my fam in the valley and it was a good experience will use again

Food was super hot, fast delivery (arrived earlier than expected) and the driver was patient and pleasant. I love bite squad! :)

Great delivery service. The driver was professional and nice. Ty BiteSquad. And also, I am a driver myself. Our driver apps doesn't give us option to still contact customer after delivery is complete. Customer would need to contact BiteSquad on Live chat.

I’ve ordered multiple times from these guys and every time my order is wrong or missing things they always blame the restaurant, I would never use these guys again I will tell everyone I know not to use them, terrible customer service and wouldn’t even offer any kind of refund. Just plain terrible!
