First of all, thank you for service during the pandemic. My husband and I take care of dad (my father-in-law) and it has been GREAT having the food delivered to us. I've been a member of Bite Squad (on and off) for the the past three years. The first 2.5 years were wonderful! Excellent! Perfect! However, the past six months have been terrible. The "excellence" (from Horst Schulze's book) in service has dropped. The "care" (from Richard Branson's book) in customer service has dropped. Whenever I'd order on the weekends, there would always be a problem. The F-team works the weekends, while the A-team works during the week. After talking to my husband, we decided to stop ordering from Bite Squad.
