Root 24 does a great job. However this is a recurring issue - twice in 27 days. Been asking for a camera since the last 3 clogs. Don't understand why you won't fix the problem. Causes a mess every time it backs up in basement.

I have a water leak in line from the meter to my home AWR sent out a sub-contractor and they said that AWR would not cover the Poly line, I have been paying a monthly premium for years and I see in the contract that Poly is not covered, however, as a client how am I to know what is under the ground, it seems to me that if AWR will not cover this type of material they they AWR should do their part in chechking the property before they insure it to see what type on water lines and sewer line that a client has before they AWR insure it. Who's reponsible for insuring that the under-ground lines meet the requiremnts of AWR policy writings

I signed up for a bunch of insurance programs with a helpful person from American Water, but she never mentioned that there was a better plumbing insurance that covered the actual faucets and more. When the first plumber (who smelled like a giant cigarette) came to remedy a few issues, he kept saying this isn’t covered, thats not covered. It was quite frustrating. He fixed a couple of valves, but then one still leaked and it required another plumber to come and fix that. The whole thing was rather annoying. (The second plumber was great.)

The technicians were efficient, friendly and arrived on time. Thank you. They did not find a leak.

Paulo was skilled, pleasant and fixed a section of my water pipe in time for me to go to work myself. Glad AWR and Paulo were again timely and skilled.

THE CONTRACTOR THAT TOOK CARE OF MY REPAIR WAS FRIENDLY,ON TIME AND TOOK CARE OF MY REPAIR IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Everything!! My basement started flooding July 2024. The first time in my 38 years in my house. It has flooded 3 more times since. I am a senior and no one should have to put up with this. With this rain through Sunday, the water in my basement will just get deeper, ruining items in my basement. IAW will have a lawsuit if this is not fixed properly at no charge to me. I gave every protection plan possible through American resources which has no advantage.
