It was scary when our sewer backed-up again within a month. We called AWR immediately and they arranged for a plumber to come out the next morning. He located the problem after snaking the sewer line but said his supervisor needed to check it, too, as he suspected the root from the Norfolk Pine was th culprit. It took awhile with a few trips & coordination with the tree service we hired to remove the tree & it's roots, but it got done with a new 10' sewer line that replaced the damaged part. Both plumbers who came out were very good. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and courteous. The AWR service we subscribe to saved us a ton of money on the repair.

The Plumber, stated I would get his report within a week. Did Not happen. drainage is still very slow. Still backsup in a rain storm

i had a problem with having no power on three walls in my family room , the guys from American water Resources came in it took them about 15 minutes to identify the problem and another few minutes two fix the problem , it was only a bad receptacle, i was so happy it wasn't something a lot worse. i would recommend this company to my friends and family.

On March 6th we had a sewer line clog and the rep at American Water Resources arranged for Balkan Sewer and Water Main Service to come out and see what the problem was. AWR set up the appointment and Balkan’s drain specialist, Michael, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and began snaking the sewer line. The clog disappeared almost immediately but Michael continued snaking the line, and after a short time, he informed me that he had gotten the snake all the way out and into the main sewer under the street, which he told me was roughly 40 feet. After that, we could see the wastewater flowing again, which was a big relief. We appreciate that both AWR and Balkan acted quickly and efficiently.

I requested to have my solar panels disconnected because they are not working properly because they were to old. PA American Water denied my request.

Good and able technicians but they were not able to get VaAm to understand the next steps needed yet. They were here two weeks ago with the big snake My sewer line is not clogged - sewer water is backing up from the city mainline. Please authorized a camera study of my service line to look all the way to the street and the installation of a strong back-up prevented valve in my basement floor drain.

My issue was evaluated and repaired on the same visit. The repairmen were polite and arrived on time. I am very satisfied they were able to fix my issue.

Dealing with 3DM plumbing was an outstanding experience they didn’t play around and got the job done! They worked hard and fixed the problem!
