AWR decline to cover in-line water line
I have a water leak in line from the meter to my home AWR sent out a sub-contractor and they said that AWR would not cover the Poly line, I have been paying a monthly premium for years and I see in the contract that Poly is not covered, however, as a client how am I to know what is under the ground, it seems to me that if AWR will not cover this type of material they they AWR should do their part in chechking the property before they insure it to see what type on water lines and sewer line that a client has before they AWR insure it. Who's reponsible for insuring that the under-ground lines meet the requiremnts of AWR policy writings
