Didn't know that you guys charge $50 for a plumber to come out. I came to you guys from home sever cuz I thought you were better. Home service didn't do that. So I'm going back to home serve who I should have stayed with

The workers came and got the job done and was very polite and helpful. Did such a great job.

The repairs were great, but it took 3D plumbing a while for them to repair the cement work. I had to call them.

Called for a plumbing problem. Techs came and "fixed" , but didn't last more than week. Techs came again 2 + times. No fix and then had another company scheduled for fix, but they cancelled. After 3 weeks with sewer problems I called another company and they came and fixed in two visits or less than 48 hours. No help from American Water on cost

Turned big job into small job and Fixed it…!!….however wait time for service seemed awful long,8 days with no water

I’ve been with them for three years paying every month and when I do put in a claim, I had to pay an extra $50 service charge and then the technician that answered my phone call didn’t even do it correctly and they sent out three different people here and the last diagnosis was totally wrong. Said I had a leak in my house so we called a professional Leak Detector and they said there was not one leak in my house so I would’ve done all that money for nothing which by the way the third leaked Plumber never ever did send us an estimate as to how to repair the problem

24 Hour Plumbing, Inc was delight to work with. Cole, their serviceman, was very polite, did the job, cleaned up and tested everything. My tenant works in the construction industry was very impressed with Cole.

I woke up to find water on the basement floor. The drain pipe was clogged. I called Ameican Water Resources. They sent out a crew form 3d plumbing who were wonderful. They arrived on time and got right to work. The guys were great and very respectful. They did a great job clearing the clogged. Without having Anerican Water Resources,this would've cost me a couple hundred dollars. As it was it cost me $0.0.

Called with a claim for our kitchen sink drain. Plumber blamed the 3rd party plumber from previous work even though he was not able to find the exact issue. video did not show blockage.

I called to cancel my service because I'm moving. The service rep could barely speak English and was very difficult to understand. It took me 15 minutes to cancel as she was trying to sell me and the new home owner services. I don't even know the new homeowner. I had to get rude to get her to shut up and cancel my service after several tries. Then she tried to sell me service for my new home, but told me to call back when I know the day I'm moving. I said no, I want it cancelled now. I will never deal with this greasy company again. I plan on taking this up with AMAC too who recommended this greasy company.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a plan with American Water Resources and were billed as part of our NJ-American Water Co. bill. One month they suddenly doubled the cost of the plan without warning. We called them to cancel because of the price increase but then they said if we stayed with them, we could get an even better price (lower than before the price increase). We agreed, but with the next bill, the cost was even higher than with the price increase! So, I called and they agreed to credit us the difference, but they did not. Over the next several months, I called every month for the credit and finally cancelled our service contract because they never gave us the credit. They made promises with every call and continued to provide false reassurances that the credit would be "in the next bill." It is not a lot of money, but it is the principle of the matter. I do not want to do business with companies that cannot be trusted. Make sure you review your bill every month!
